I cant really emulate the emotions of the episode through a yt comment, but its very sad. he ends up getting sent to a mental hospital where everyone there is like 100000x crazier than he is, straight jackets etc. the final scene is him staring at the main room of the insane asylum. quite dark

He had an IQ 1 or 2 points below the line for mental retardation and the big mystery is whether or not he is faking it, as clues point to both. Skoda gets him institutionalized in the end, where he ends up in an asylum for the severely disabled; the reality sets in for him and he realizes this is where he is stuck for the rest of his life. Fitting ending for this guy and played so well by Denis O'Hare

I dont' know why it took so long for them to bring up that the delivery driver who found the woman was an ex-con. It would have popped up as soon as they ran his prints which they would have taken as part of the CSI processing. His prints would have been taken for elimination and attribution.
