I hope there's another clip from this because I am so confused as to how this kid fits in or what psychotic break caused him to murder two people. I assume he thought they were his parents? How did they narrow down the list to him? What fire hydrant?!
@MandyD774 жыл бұрын
He was in the neighborhood driving from the party. They hit the fire hydrant a block from his old house. He walked "home" after having a blackout and not aware of things -- subconsciously he goes through his old window and maybe he thought about killing his parents and while drunk, he accidentally ended up killing the wrong people that were living in his old house.

Didn't they pull a print from the scene? I mean ... just run his prints.
@shawnc2924 жыл бұрын
you need a warrant to obtain the prints, plus it costs money to run the test so you need to have some form of suspicion to run the prints
@valashar53134 жыл бұрын
The entire reason the ADA talked to the judge was to get approval to fingerprint him to run it against the prints on the bed and window. They couldn't just fingerprint him for no reason. He was a suspect but had not been arrested as they had no physical evidence that he'd been there. Unless someone has been arrested or is known to have reason to have been present at the scene (such as all of the contractors, maid, etc. that they DID get prints from) then the police can't just take their fingerprints.

May I share this with you, if you don't mind? God says in His Word in Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. I hope you already know Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, but if you don't know Him, you can know Him today! Jesus suffered, bled, and died to pay for your sins and mine, out of love for us! Salvation is in faith: you must first realize that you are a lost sinner and will die and burn in hell for all eternity without Jesus Christ. Once you see yourself, all you need to do is repent of your sins, and put your faith in Jesus Christ: believe with all your heart that He will forgive every sin and save you from hell. Ask Him to save your soul from hell, with all faith and all sincerity. If you have never gone in prayer to Jesus: repented of your sins and put your faith in Him, now is the time, my friend.
