As far as affordability is concerned, a person can represent themselves too without having a lawyer to do so. Recently, the Supreme Court observed that the right to defend oneself is a fundamental right under the Constitution of India, and no resolution could be passed by the Bar Association to forbid other members of the bar to appear on behalf of the petitioner who appeared in person to defend its case.

Its not bail order but its special treatment which was previously decided in SC. Whatever happened its shameful day for judiciary because of differences in justice on basis of personal . Both judges are daubtful because so many common peoples are in jail they are not getting Bail .

Hon'ble Justice Sanjeev Kanna said that what seemed right to him , he has passed such order. That is wrong. Any order should be according to the Constitution. Rules and acts can be changed, but not the Constitution and the Constitution clearly says that the right of every person is equal, no matter if he is an ordinary person or a PM or CM. After going through the merits of the case they could grant bail to Kejriwal, even they could dismiss the case. But only for the reason that he is a CM and got once in a five year opportunity to outreach the people should not be the reason for the interim bail.

केजरीवाल प्रकरण में बिन मांगे अंतरिम जमानत देने के फैसले पर हमे लगता है की इस देश मे कोई भी व्यक्ति थोड़ा बहुत भी पढ़ा लिखा होगा तो वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले से कतई सहमत नही होगा । केजरीवाल ने तो जमानत की अर्जी ही नही लगाई थी । फिर ये जबरदस्ती बिन मांगे जमानत क्यों दी गई ? वजह साफ है ।

Both the judges are very much adamant they have already decided to give relief to Kejriwal. They have lowered the courts images. Generally they released Kejriwal to attack Modij. Judges wanted to take revenge against rulings government. They laid bad pricident.

ASG is acting as if they have given AK a clean chit. They should be arguing on how the bail will influence the case rather than why the bail is unfair. This indicates that their intent is to waste time rather than brining justice.

@@madhusudanreddy564 because it has nothing to do with being a politician or not. It's mostly to do with urgency. For eg. time was of essence when dealing with AK's case as the premise was that the central govt. is using enforcing bodies to tamper with democratic process of election. If the case would have been postponed after elections the democratic process would have suffered if AK is found not guilty. Remember, bail is the rule and jail is an exception rather than the other way around.

After LG's action Sibal and Sanghvi again file a case you go on hearing and lawyers go on earning. It's a vicious circle where crores of cash are wasted from the government side, which is public money as Kejri employing private lawyers. Jagan of AP did the same.
