@@rochellestarr9538 But without kayla's testimony Adam may not have gotten as many years as he did. She was also abused by him, on drugs and not making wise choices but unless youve walked in her shoes i dont think it's your place to say. Vitim of abuse too I see, but everybody's case is different. As a survivor I would expect more compassion from you.

I really wish kids are not bounced back to their useless parents in the name of blood. if they're stable in foster care, they should stay there and allow only supervised visits.

And if they are in a nice foster home, they should stay in that home and not be bounced around in the system
@acorn81703 ай бұрын
Exactly...if one or both truly get their lives together then leave it for a time. They need to prove for an extended period they are better and going to stay that way. They get returned too soon and this is the result.
@waner172 ай бұрын
@@Jessica-wo6pxsometimes it’s the foster home themselves that are deciding that so maybe let’s qualify who’s actually “nice” & who’s just using other peoples kids to abuse, neglect, use for labor, or use for taxes/money. there’s too much privacy when it comes to “parenthood” & fostering. parenting a child should be the most privacy invaded point of your life on behalf of the government.

Crazy; not a father by any means. Not a mother either in my opinion. When you have a kid you get off the drugs; plain and simple. I worked in a morgue for about a year, and I'm flabbergasted that not a single person could smell a body for 3 months. Especially keeping it in a ceiling. That should've been impossible to ignore that smell.

This case is the most despicable and heartbreaking failure of child protective services I’ve ever heard! Every adult in that little girls life absolutely failed her. And child protective services didn’t give a damn. When her mom first reported that she hadn’t heard from her, the child protective services in her state said that the father had moved out of state and cross state lines, and therefore they no longer have jurisdiction. And then the child protective services in their new state did absolutely nothing.that poor little girl was tortured and abused for such a long time at the hands of her own father and child protective services did nothing

This happened in my town. NO idea how no one noticed a kid missing. Part of me hopes she is still alive and that both of them are lying about the awful things he did, and that she was just sold to someone for drug $ and there is still a chance to save her. She deserves more than this....

Every last one of these adults in her life should be held accountable. Dad, mom, step-mom. Having a baby while you're addicted to drugs should immediately be an endangerment charge and seized custody. Letting a child be abused makes you an abuser too. I don't care if you were abused too. You don't get to be treated like a victim when you pass your victimization onto anyone else, let alone a child.

Adam loves to control situations, he needs to be in control. The fact that everything he does for the rest of his life he has to ask permission for & he is not in control of his own life anymore is wonderful. He killed her because she was sweet & innocent because she was nothing like him. People like Adam belong exactly where he is & far removed from society.
