Just because an injured or even a dead body is found on your property, just 8 ft from the road no less, doesn't give probable cause to obtain a warrant to search the home of the property owner; no reason to seize their personal property; search their phones. At the time it wasn't even determined what the cause or manner of death was. Zero evidence anyone in the home had anything to do with injuring him at the point. LE questioned the ppl in the home, all of whom said John never came into the house that night.
@DMiller9127 ай бұрын
There is probable cause when the body in question was said by the home owner, was supposed to be coming to that house to party. It wasn't just a random person laying outside. John Okeffe was purposely coming to the Albert's house.

Those supports are comprised of evidentiary proofs properly gathered at the crime scene and accumulated during the investigation. Oh my gosh , so Officer Goode just testified that in 2009 Timothy Albert (brother of Brian Albert) was involved in a moter vehicle accident , fled the scene and drove to 34 Fairview and was arrested! Judge only lets the Defense “very briefly” question on it. Canton PD Lank and Goode got him off with only a misdemeanor! Chris Albert also involved in MVA but led to the death of someone! In this case the Judge’s brother got the case to only 6 months in jail! Chris Albert also involved in a bar fight and case was dismissed. When the defense attorney asked about Tim Albert case getting dismissed, the judge immediately striked and asked for a side bar. 😳 Judge then concludes by saying “the Alberts aren’t one entity”. 😮. Sure seem to be one corrupt and gross family and this judge is BIASED

@gretchensims66577 ай бұрын
It could very well be that no one dumped him but that a fight occurred somewhere in it around the house and then he stumbled out of the house and fell where he was found. The sad truth is that we will never likely know the truth of his death due to the insanely sloppy job done by this department. I don’t entirely blame them as they don’t handle unattended death investigations and the state police refused to take it on initially leave this Barney Fife dept to “do their best” in the beginning.
