It is appalling that the Todd Mullis case did not even receive a quarter of the investigation that was put into this one. And that was a 1st degree murder conviction. Showing us what seems to be priority, cops over farmers. There were so many crime scene investigators and forensic experts on this case. And only two regular street cops on the Mullis case. This is nowhere near a 1st degree murder case and has every resource available plus extra departments. Where is the right to fair trial?

She certainly has the people skills for the role and an underlying big sense of humour. Appealing to a Brit after watching some trials with some really bitter faced angry US judges - including one who seemed to want a fight with witnesses. Endearing presence in the court.

Once a vehicle parks, they should already know there on the right floor. So it shouldn't be any Obvious indicators of what floor your on, after parking.
@cliftonmoore15655 жыл бұрын
That's got to be a lie that there know obvious signs to show what floor your on. Or everybody will go to the wrong floor all the time. I believe that the drivers who go to the wrong floor, just are not paying close attention to signs. They would not design the parking lot in a way that won't show what floor your on. Maybe it need to be MORE signs, or the signs needs to be more obvious, but I do believe it shows what floor your on.

clifton moore driving should tell them what floor they’re on; drive up one level 2 drive up again level 3 and so on. Amber asked the truck in perfectly so she wasn’t that sleepy. Last time I drove home sleepy and backed in my driveway, I hit my house.

Most of the question in this Trail are Irrelevant to the case, in my opinion. We know who the Murderer is. And so what if it was a mistake, it's not self-defense, it's still Murder.

How long had the defendant lived at the apartments? You may make a mistake if it is only a very short while but if not then how could she not know she is on the wrong floor. And as has been stated, there is the large vase near the entrance of the third floor. Wouldn't she notice it not being there as the young boy Jesse said he went a couple of times the wrong floor but after the first, he noticed the vase and knew he was on the wrong floor. And that was when he first moved in. Hence, my first question, "how long had the defendant lived at the apartments?"

@infinitya68733 жыл бұрын
My goodness this defence attorney is literally putting me to sleep. Talk about labouring the point. We get it she inadvertently ended up on the wrong floor and apartment. However, it is her actions as a police officer that is the point. Even if she were at her apartment there is a protocol she has to follow, as someone sitting on your couch eating ice cream clearly does not pose an immediate threat. Then the question is what would a reasonable person do in these circumstances? I say many different actions before firing without any kind of warning. The fact that she is trained to deal with situations more dangerous than a man with a bowl of ice cream, is really scary. Thank goodness in England our police officers are not armed as a matter of course. I guess this defence attorney has nothing else....... When they gathering stats on how many people had gone to the wrong floor, or wrong apartment; did they find out how many of those people shot and killed the person they found having the audacity to sit on their on sofa in their own apartment?
@pinkfluffydino82172 жыл бұрын
Out of all tenants interviewed who said they had gone to the wrong apartment or wrong floor Not 1 single other tenant had an altercation of any kind. All this beating a dead horse is just showing me that she should have known to check the apartment number because everyone ends up on the wrong floor and it’s way too easy to end up at the wrong door and everyone in the building knew it!

Are you assuming I’ve concluded she is innocent? That is not my conclusion because I haven’t heard all evidence. I’m open-minded.
