However, I’m probably nitpicking a little here but I doubt Barnum would be jealous about the selling of supplements during sworn testimony, but I do think Barnum would be impressed with Jones’ inexplicable appeal. Operation Paperclip, Operation Northwoods, Operation Mockingbird, the Tuskegee syphilis experiments; Iran Contra, Operation Fast and Furious, a million others. Let the curtain open up. Now if you want to know some current “conspiracy theories” that have real documents on UN, WEF, EU, US, etc. websites, I can point you to those as well. Because surly the police delaying releasing information - contributed to the hoax theory. To me the guy 'Dr professor' that wrote a book would have caused more harm, and Alex jones giving a platform, was redistribution of it. So they seem to go after the bigger fish. But if Alex can show the conspiracy theory had credibility at the time, and once AJ realised the proof did eventually come out, he publically apologised. But he never got a cease and desist letter, which is what Barns said is why the case should have been thrown out in the first place. But surly that would be a defence, but Alex did not get a chance to defend - because the judge said he was guilty by default in discovery. What a mess.

You don't watch many sentencings or trials, do you? No shade, just commenting on what I found cute. Yes, judges can and do receive letters and emails about cases they are residing over. One that comes to mind is the female police officer that shot a man dead in his car instead of tasering him. The judge, at her sentencing, comments on how many letters she'd received in support of the police officer. Stories of how she'd specifically aided them, etc. This is commonplace. @@ChristianUlufanua Of course, it doesn't make sense. This whole show is an effort to make it possible to sue people who say things that run counter to what those in power wants to be said. The real reason for why everything surrounding Sandy Hook became so hushed up is probably more like the Uvalde shooting - an incompetent police response. You should go watch Viva and Robert Barnes - Barnes used to represent Jones so he knows a lot and since he isn't his lawyer he can speak up about it.

Officialdom doesn't make things true or false either. But officialdom will bite you either way if you aren't careful. Some things are better implied or alluded to, rather than being said directly. Even Jesus had to use parables and allegories to make his points, because his enemies were always looking for ways to accuse him by his words. Truth survives better when written between the lines.
