Have you learned or heard about the restrictions put on the ENTIRE DEFENSE before JURY SELECTION? Or that during jury selection, when told the JUDGE found him guilty (not a jury) any juror who questioned that was dismissed (like how juries find defendent guilty or not guilty in a jury trial.) OR that no one on defense can claim they are innocent, mention the 1st amendment, OR submit their own exhibits of evidence... Has 1 objection from defense been sustained? Has 1 objection from plaintiff been pverruled?

@@Kontroll343 If you want to claim that it's reasonable because people lie sometimes, then the same could be said for truthful statements, so while doing one or the other is extreme, believing that everyone is lying is far less reasonable than beleiving everyone is telling the truth., because one at least has some level of evidence (the person giving the testimony) even if it's not strong enough to be believed off that alone generally, whilst the other makes an assertion with absolutely zero evidence, that can't even be falsified because any evidence provided no matter how strong will be written off as fabricated.

You think? These courts are foreign military admiralty tribunals. Lawyers are members of the BAR which is a foreign title of nobility. They work for the court. There is no fair representation. Alex Jones hired maybe the worst lawyer in the history of the world. Becoming a lawyer is hard, long work with an insane amount of test. How can this guy actually make a living doing this? My dad is extremely good at taking tests. Basically can read a text book and ace a test the next day. I bet him he couldn’t pass an A+ computer certification test. He’s 66 and couldn’t even turn on a computer. He studied for 2 weeks and got a 98% on the certification. Just goes to show you. Being good at tests and having a piece of paper means absolutely nothing.

alex jones didn't submit anything and ignored it hoping it would go away. also I heard it was more like 4-5 years

It took awhile because the parents had to find out it was him that was doing this, and then they tried out of court methods first. They sent him letters asking him to stop, got platforms to intervene hoping that would lessen the harassment, tried to move to avoid the harassment / stalking, etc. Then once they finally couldn't do it anymore and had to sue in hopes of forcing him to stop, Jones stalled, refused discovery, refused to show up, kept switching lawyers, pulled out basically every trick in the book to stall for 4-5 years until we finally get to this point, where this is the first of a slate of cases against him. That's why it took so long.
