If she didn't care for her kid, why would she want the child back? Chad may have had something in his past, like an arrest maybe? It would be highly unusual for her to get custody if this was a stable loving household, with a biomom, who was some awful person, who get the child. How could this have happened??? You do what’s in the BEST interest of the CHILD!!!! At best she should have got visitation and honestly after all that time I’d of done supervised visits to make sure everything went smoothly and she was capable of being a mom after being gone for so long!!!

If u read the document on screen at abou 5:28 youll read that she did have visitation. He wasnt following the court order that favoured him, so he lost custody.

Chad turned out to be a POS, there is no doubt about that. But that being said, what kind of a POS judge sees a person abandon her kid for 6 years and the father not run away from his responsibilities and raise his daughter well, but decides to give the child to the mother when she decides she wants to be the mother all of a sudden?

He lost custody because he wasnt following the court order that favoured him, and wouldnt allow the mother to see or speak to her child. So the judge took custody from the parent who was breaking the court order and comiting parental alienation. Chads actions are at fault for the judges choices, not the judge being a pos. The judge should not have allowed Ashley to randomly pop up one day and get custody of her daughter without the father being able to fight for custody himself. However, Chad did not have a reason to assume that his daughter was being abused by Ashley and Ashley did not deserve to die because she wanted to be a mom

But she wasn't a total stranger and her, being a mother herself, and the grandma, should have told her who her mother was! Even though my kids dad left I didn't speak cruelly of him and I showed pictures of him saying, there's your dad, he loved you a lot, but he can't be around right now and maybe when you get older you will understand! So my daughter grew up with a wonderful personality, not thinking that her dad didn't love her because I told her he did. He eas with her for her first 3 yrs. So she had pictures of him. But she never really asked questions about him because I told her what she needed to know. This lady didn't like her granddaughters mom so sshe didn't even keep her in her life through pictures. That's crappy!
