A few things to take note of: 1. Blake and Ryan have been known to hijack movies and scripts to take them over, so they can secure a franchise. Ryan did it with Deadpool, and the director stepped down because he was having the same stuff happen to him that Justin is now experiencing. 2. Blake and Ryan took over the directing, and literally rewrote the script and ending for the movie with Justin - in fact when there was a test viewing, the audience overwhelmingly choose Justin's ending, and yet Blake forced her own edited ending to be released instead. Then she took over the marketing, and tried to make it into a chick flick franchise, introducing her hair care, dresses, florals, etc. she had the audacity to threaten the studios with a lawsuit if they allowed Justin to be at the premier of HIS OWN MOVIE!!!! Instead, he was escorted with all his friends and family down to the basement, where he was allowed to watch her accept everything that should have going to him. 3. Turns out Ryan Reynolds is apparently a controlling and jealous person that holds grudges. It's since been discovered that Scarlett Johansson was due to work on a script with Justin Baldoni - which was set in motion before Blake was even cast for the role in the first place for this current movie. Ryan forced his way into the movie, and basically used this as an opportunity to hijack a whole movie/series, and use this as a competition with his Ex wife Johansson. 4. There's apparently a morality clause in Justin's contract for ownership rights over the film - the only way to get him removed legally, paving the way for Blake to take over, was to abuse the very legitimate 'me too' movement to garner sympathy by accusing him of something that broke his morality clause. Look deeper into things before 'taking sides' just because you like the 'character' of the people involved. You don't know them personally. You're welcome.

Wow I think the texts between Ryan and Justin are relevant even though Depp’s lawyer dismisses them because of the time line. Justin’s text reads as genuine and well meaning when Ryan jumps right away to how Justin can do things for him and how Justin needs to regard Blake as a creative partner. Nothing about friendship or getting to know him whatsoever. Ryan doesn’t give a sh1t about Justin, nor does he admire his work. He sees Justin as someone he can use to get to his end. Ryan was already setting up Blake as a creative partner and possibly implied that Taylor was also in agreement. It was an overture to taking over.

Can we see said subpoena?? Because my understanding is that Stephanie Jones (possibly illegally) stole former employee Jennifer Abel’s personal phone two days before her last day working for Jones. Baldoni was jumping ship from Jones to Abel, who he preferred to work with. A scorned Jones, whose husband is a partner with the talent agency, WME, which was repping Lively, Reynolds and Baldoni, had cause to illegally obtain Abel’s text conversations with the crisis PR rep, Melissa Nathan (which Baldoni obtained after seeing the writing on the wall as Lively’s theft of his film became a fait accompli). Jones effectively “switched sides” from Baldoni to Lively. And when this woman is described by anyone who knows her, it seems like she is one of those whose eyes would turn you to a pillar of salt 🐍

Yes, I saw another lawyer’s commentary on this and she called the texts “stolen texts”. Highly unlikely they were subpoenaed. It just doesn’t work that way with CRD filings. No evidence is usually attached, definitely nothing subpoenaed.

I would ask her about her experience as an actress, how much formal training she’s had, ask her how scenes are choreographed versus improvised, ask her if conversations with scene partners are common ahead of a scene and/or directors, ask her if she had ever felt uncomfortable during filming a scene and why, ask her if she ever directly communicated with her scene partner and/or director that she had specific boundaries in the scene ahead time, or conversely, had she ever spoken up in the moment that she was uncomfortable with proceeding. And, I would ask if that was that the case at all for her in her 2012 film “Savages” where she filmed a scene having a threesome with two actors. Baldoni has demonstrated with his voice message (response to her 1:50am text message that she was basically upset that he had not sufficiently doted over her supposed revisions to his script) that he was overwhelmingly contrite for merely hurting her feelings. I can just imagine how he would have bent over backwards to ensure he didn’t cross any boundaries with her if she had told him in the moment she was uncomfortable in that bar scene. I would ask her why she did not give him the opportunity to make her more comfortable in the moment of filming instead of allowing her supposed resentment to fester.

And she agreed to work for a relatively small fee ($3 million), which is usually how actors secure an honorary producer title. That’s the real play here. At the start of filming, she was friendly, even though from day one, she was pushing for creative control. That was always her goal, but she masked it by politely asking each time if she "could." As the budget drained, she became increasingly aggressive because she knew they could no longer replace her.
