As a victim, she is not required to follow his commands. She wasn’t detained she wasn’t under arrest. So the next thing people are going to say was that she was going to hurt her self being drunk, if his motivation was to protect her from her self then that’s what he should have been doing from the moment he got there. He didn’t do that. He questioned her. She was blotto drunk. He said so himself. So, even if she could’ve articulated something, it’s completely unreliable and not actionable.

My grandmother was the same way, complaining about the neighborhood kids playing catch and basketball. "They're running through our yard and making noise" "OK, how about the birds you feed taking a dump on my car" "Well that's not my problem, that's just how things are"

I absolutely love the k'9 cops. While traveling to FL about a year ago I was stopped was given a warning for speeding. As we were about to pull off the officer asked if he could work his dog on a vehicle that didn't have any drugs on board (the officer said every car he had stopped that night had drugs) of course I said yes and I tell you it was amazing to watch her do her job!

That little woman who hit the kid on the bike is pure evil. After she hit him and he bounced off her car into the woods, he could have been dying for all she knew or cared. She smiled and laughed through the interrogation and even tried to make sure he wasn't found by saying "not anybody here". 41:03 You'd think that mind control brainwashed the officer if you listen to what she says right after. A nasty lack of caring on the part of the witness, too. And a disturbing level of incompetence and idiocy with the lady LEO on the scene. That poor kid!
