Man AJ has a bad effect on lawyers, some of these lawyers have been practicing law for decades and have been decent lawyers, one trial for Jones, and they are yelling, talking over a judge, or witness on the stand, they keep trying to trip people up with their words, and they are constantly trying to do sneaky stuff and get away with it. He must being paying these guys a fortune to come out looking like they do, (while they are losing) they go from good, honest, hard working lawyers, to the typical slimy stereotypical lawyers people always talk about… I’ve never seen anything like it in years and years of watching trial footage. On top of that the lawyer was clearly talking here, the judge cut him off, and then yelled at him to shut up so she could speak, the last judge was the same way, Jones has some kind of crazy effect over anyone who comes into contact with him, to completely forget how to have decorum. It’s unbelievable

@@larryhurley1025 It was actually the judges and other lawyers fault. Objections were raised and the judge didn't address it because Alex kept speaking. It did look bad for her to lose control of her court and blame the lawyer. Doesn't smell fair which is all good if you hate him but worries me judges are so biased.

This is all to determine how guilty he is vis a vis the pain and suffering he has caused, and the monetary reward for that. All of the questions are trying to show that Jones is not at all contrite, and does not acknowledge what he has done. That will not go well for him.

Civil courts issue judgments, not fines. And it's actually (in this case) mainly up to the jury to hear the evidence and decide on what a fair and just judgment penalty should be.

Otherwise, by your assertion, there's be no point to a court system at all with such a ridiculous notion at all. The only one that could something remotely like that, are the lawyers in the form of objections. I'm under the distinct notion that you have a severe case of ignorance of how a civil case works in the US, let alone most court cases work at all.
