Great video Jimmy. At the beach house,very nice. Was happy to see someone make a vertical smoker from stainless steel ( been wondering when Webber will finally figure out they need to make a stainless steel version of the WSM themselves) Despite the wind your audio was good. @CuffNStuffBBQ well maybe it will inspire them to get off their collective asses and make a stainless unit. That said I have 2 22" models so I don't see me getting another. What I currently would like to get is the large Santa Maria from Lonestargrillz with the off road tire setup. Damm that would be a great catering cooker.
