Based on your video I went out and got one! It’s a fine little machine and cuts exceptionally well. I got rid of my self propelled Toro gas mower as my lawn isn’t huge. I’m super happy with it.

I got one that was out for the trash. Took it back home..no instructions and I fiddled with the blade to bedknife to where it just slightly ever so slightly snuggs up to it and got it to cut clean in one pass. I also took the red plastic off of it to make it a rear discharge and it works out great. I have mowed 6inch growth mwoing it down a inch (cottage lawn) and it had zero issues. I just adjusted it with the three of the bolts on the side.Any further away from beknife even just a slight and the cut test fails. I use blade of grass to test..not paper. It stripes nice cause the roller in the back and I like the spring to keep pressure on it so it wont bounce. The cut looks amazing and it's surly better than a rotary.

Using the reel mower, seeding the lawn with clover, fertilizing with Milorganite and core aeration once a year is the way to go. A natural lawn is the way to go. I switched over a couple of years ago and I’m have no regrets. I will take out my electric mower and mulch the leaves that fall, they provide excellent natural fertilizer. This is and your other video are pretty good videos. Thanks for putting them out there.

Hi, as a matter of fact I can. I parted with my mower several years ago because my son moved into his own home and needed a mower. After sometime I wanted to get another one but Troy Bilt no longer sold it. I did find it though. If you live in Canada I found my new unit at Lowes. It seems that a company called Earthwise bought the design. It is identical to the Troy Bilt in every way with the exception of the cover of the height adjustment being plastic (I feel like I remember it being metal on the Troy Bilt) but it has made no difference in the performance and I have been using it for a couple of years with no issues. My son is also still using the Troy Bilt with no issues as well. The mower is no longer Troy Bilt Red and is now green in the Earthwise version. I searched "Quiet Cut Reel Mower" and also found the green version on Amazon.com for $113.00. Hope that helps.
