I am setting up a small irrigation system with hunter pro spray and mp rotators with a single zone. Just bought a Orbit B-hyve wifi controlled tap timer with smart watering from bunnings for 139 bucks. Got the hunters online. I rent so this is a non permanent solution using sprinklers spikes that can be buried or above ground. I know many people want to at least have a nice front lawn to make their house look nice and for renters or people on a budget this I believe is a good solution. You can also buy additional valves if you want to do a large lawn.

Got some Barricade today (Lawn Doctor in Wangara (Perth), sprayed this afternoon and gave a good 5mm of irrigation to get it into the soil. Here's hoping Poa Annua is a thing of the past!

@@Krishna-d9w2z sure did, gave it another spray with Barricade a few weeks ago. Literally only 2 tiny weeds right against the house came up since the 1st spray, almost certainly because I missed with the spray. Really need to get myself a flat fan nozzle 😁

Great Information Ben! I put down my Prodiamine down a month ago (New York) in hopes of stopping POA Annua this spring in my PRG, I got hit hard with it last spring for some reason, only thing I can think of was the over seed the prior Fall with a Slit Seeder, used Tenacity at seeding but still got a lot of POA following spring even with Pre-M in spring. Hoping it will knock some out come next spring! Thanks as always for another great Vid -Editing - Humor! Chad Upstate NY

Hi Ben, Great Vid.... my only question is how much water would I need to add when spraying 100 square metres. I have a 16 litre back sprayer. I know I need to add 30 mls of barricade per 100 sqm and wetting agent per sqm but not sure about how much water I need to mix with or does it not matter as long as use it all over the 100 sqm.
@CGAUS3 жыл бұрын
It's OK. I found the info I was looking for. For what ever reason I couldn't get my head around it. I total forgot I would have to calibrate my sprayer to work out water usage over 100sqm. Cheers and keep up the good work Ben

WhatThe Farkery the seed can still germinate, but it kills it as soon as it does. Over time you will get rid of the seed bed 👌🏽
