**READ**. Don't mean to be negative, but this is great perspective for all the hopeful thinkers, but in absolute reality, this is a load of bullshit. I loved this girl truly for a very long time, after break up I struggled tremendously to get over her, after 6 months made great progress but still residue of her remained. Took my 9 months to remove those bits too, and finally after 1 year I can say everybit of her is removed, and I am indifferent to her now, even if she was to speak there wouldn't be anymore anger, but neither any special place for her, I have fully healed with confidence. Has she appeared back in my life though? No. Has she even dropped one message since break up, after the 9 months atleast of moving on and focusing on myself? No. This story may apply for some, but not for everyone, it is not a truth, just for some scenarios it works, other scenarios even if you don't focus on yourself they start talking again after sometime. Does anyone factor that one in their preachings? No. If this was such a truth then technically no one would message someone again until after they start focusing on themselves right? But yet we see some scenarios where that happens too. Thus is say this is bullshit, it is NOT a TRUTH. Just good for hopeful thinkers, and ofcourse to get everyone on the right path which is focusing on themselves, so that is a good psychological method of getting everyone there, but don't bullshit about this being a science or a truth, cause it really isn't. Mind you I've committed to deep research in philosophy, spirituality and different religions for 3 years, not focusing on anything else. Those who want the truth, I spoke it.

Thanks for this great video! That emptiness is unbearable. I am just cleaning, going to the gym or walking. Really tempting to keep texting or sending random pictures but it is useless if he doesnt text back. I checked messages for three or four weeks, nothing. He's not mr. right. I started a stupid argument but it was obviously a strange form of a cry for attention because he just got lost in his work for weeks and didnt invite me. This is everything Ive been feeling before I watched this video. Your video confirmed it. It’s like everytime I forget a person completely that’s when they’d appear out of the blue. It’s like they can feel your energy wanting them even if there is no contact. That’s why I move forward mentally even if I’m thinking of that person. I hope I just receive the best even if it’s not that person.

really stuck on my ex" even though we split years ago....... I found out she's with a millionaire (after she took me for about 30k£) but i still feel upset by this and even jealous as I had to file for bankrucpy because of where she left me... madness how our heads work
