R.I.P. Mr Anthony…You were truly a ‘ gift’ to this world …… The first book I read of his was actually ‘ Babylons ark ‘…abt how he saved the Baghdad Zoo animals in the war zone with practically nothing but determination , courage and LOVE for the wild life….

His wife, Francose Malby Anthony wrote a sequel, “The Elephant in my Kitchen “ and in it she tells the story of how every year on the anniversary of his death the elephants show up at his home and do the same thing, just stand around being quiet, not eating just being respectful. Pretty amazing.

Elephants can sense when something is wrong around them they are so very intelligent. They pick signals from the ground or they missed a sound that Mr Anthony used to make . Nana knew from the inflections in his voice that he wanted to help her, also body language is a part of their communication skills, and just like a member of her herd family she went to pay respect as if at a wake. They are loyal families who love, protect , and respect each other’s roles and they never forget.

I read in one of the other videos that elephants gather every year exactly the same day Anthony passed away to pay the respect. It’s incredible how they remember the exact date.

My wish is that someday the rest of mankind learns, like Lawrence Anthony did, to appreciate, protect, and live in peace and harmony with wildlife. Most of mankind is intent on destroying wildlife. If mankind doesn't change it's ways, there will be no elephants, big cats, etc. in the wild and they will only exist in zoos.

Make the story more envisaging when he died of heart fail His wife was in shock as his death was sudden and when the mob of elephant garnered on front of her house she was unaware for two days that elephants visited to mourn the death of her husband. The neighbours told her to come and see the elephants who were the sitting outside Of her house. When she came out and saw that the elephants and recognised them they were rescued by Lawrence her husband .The elegant whisperer. When elephants met her then only the mob went away after .she also woder how they came to know her husband's death and visited her to pay the returns of his favours from jungle that far from her resident. Make this more realising for knowledge is also short añd also with comentry for I want to make this public very much. Thanks
