According to the statute: "Victims and witnesses have the right to be present in the courtroom and may not be excluded during any court hearing or trial unless, upon motion, their presence is determined to be prejudicial by the Judge". There has been no such motion to exclude anyone from this trial as far as I know. Discovery suggests there are no secrets in this trial, other than who may take the stand at a particular time. That does not mean they cannot observe the trial and have every right to do so.

I was at my mother's funeral and my sister n law was sitting behind me with her rich friends. I heard her say ( I don't know why I'm here. Nobody is paying me ). Everyone has their own view of what value of money holds. I do not put it above relationship and friends. I live on a little island with elevon kids and my wife. A lot of friends and very little money. I wouldn't trade it for anything I had in the US.
