@@timothy4557 Tom Brady was amazing. But he didn't change the game. Brady would have to be running like Lamar Jackson to be a part of the conversation. Plus he didn't call his own plays and, like Manning and Rodgers, was protected in ways his predecessors were not. Love Brady!

@@barryware7497 Jerry Rice played in the WC his whole career. Was catching long handoffs from guys like Joe Montana, Steve Young and Rich Gannon. Lawrence Taylor changed the way offense and defense is played. Hybrid DE/LB, shorter dropbacks, one back offenses, blocking schemes, two-tight end offenses, strip sacks, blind-side tackles... LT, LT, LT, LT, LT, LT, LT. Then there was how he played. He literally covered the whole field-lol. LT was on a whole other level. Nothing like him before or since. Or ever-lol

LT was not only the best Defensive player in NFL history, he was genuinely terrifying to other teams in an era when there was no such thing as "Roughing the Passer". Taylor could take out your starting left tackle, fullback, and QB in one play. Just think about that for a second.........

@@Michael-nx2he He freestyled a lot. There are vids about where Taylor went rouge on certain plays, and Parcells would tell him “that’s not one of our defensive calls”.
