PBSNC also hasn't aired a Welk show in years, except for one show last Christmas. So we all appreciate what LW LP's is doing and this show in particular was nice to see. The part introducing the band members was very well done and the sheer talent on this show is incredible. Many songs were performed live and they were perfect.

Now it can be told. To avoid falling while ice skating, take off your scarf. They really gave Bobby and Barbara very little space to do their number in. Happily, they are both still living. Can someone explain why every instrument is shown in the first number except the organ? Was he actually playing? And I always felt sorry for the cellist, whom Lawrence lumped in with the "the boys".
