Really quite interesting especially the bit about why people usually get pain in a certain knee or a certain hand. Saddle height is a biggie for me, I’m always messing around with it. I’ll put it up 1 day by a couple of mm & think it’s too high then put it back down a few rides later & think it’s too low. I’m sure it’s all in my head 😂

I have been toying with having a bike fit for ages but some say they aren't worth it and others say they are great. It seems Sav will benefit from it but early days and hopefully you will do an update video to show how she has got on and what if anything she feels is better or worse since the fit. I have never felt comforatable on the bike and change things all the time but never seem to nail it!!! Anyway keep the videos coming, another enjoyable one this. Cheers.

Everybody's physiology is different. Look at Annemiek van Vleuten and how pointed her toes are when pedaling. No one can say her fit is not correct. Her fit works for her. One cannot jump to any conclusion about how the toes should be pointed, however, for a bike fit, one can only use a baseline as a starting point.
