9:00 "they'll take my customers" yes and no. at that point there's a difference between operations and sales. treating your teammates properly can retain your members amicably, but you can't control everyone's personal motivations. your customer's are your customers and treating them properly has more loyalty for brand service. if you're worried about your customers leaving, treat your customers better.

When they run out of options they ask me. I dont know everything it is possible for other ppl to have better ideas. But 90% of the time im right. Just like sherlock holmes wasnt always right but they didnt jail & drug him coz his hunch was wrong.
