Chad, since your mom and dad used to build homes, he might have one of those magnets that you can pick up nails and metal pieces to keep your tires safe when driving over those spots. If he does , turn the boys on those places and tell them to see how many nails and what ever else they might find. Might be some fun for them. Just a suggestion. ❤🎉

Regarding heaters. We had a 166 unit apartment complex. That’s 26 buildings. I saw a recall on the heaters that were in the walls of the apartments then. I called the company and told them the situation. Actually, I didn’t really threaten them, but they sent us the repair kits for the 100’s of heaters we had. I didn’t want any of my residents to have a fire in their apartment. Since I was aware, we would have had a liability exposure too. It took our maintenance guys 2 weeks to fix all of the heaters. So glad the company was willing to work with us. It’s better to be upfront with your products than to wait for lawsuits because of terrible losses!

Look back in the live chat messages. He gave the brand. You just have to "read between the lines", or "fill in the blank". He said it starts with a "G", and you can read his text for the rest of it. I'm trying to respect their choice by not blasting the name either.

I heard Chestnut Hill Farm had a field fire in their pasture not long ago and they’re trying to figure out the cause of it, yet...Literally-by the Grace Of God, it didn’t get to any of the buildings on their property, though it came close in a few spots... Chad, I know that is a load off your mind, knowing that it was not something you did wrong. My oldest son was helping me build a fence for a dog pen about forty years ago, and the fence got caught on something, and he saw what it was caught on and started to get it loose about the time I pulled hard on it and the wire cut about for places on his little arm. He is in his 40s now, and it still hurts when I see the scars on his arm. I was a first sponder on the ambulance department, and when I saw what had happened, I said, "Get in the house to your Mamma. When I got in the house she said why did you send him to me? You're the one trained to take care of this stuff. I said because I had done it, I just went blank. The cuts weren't deep but they left scars anyway. Praying for you'll stay safe and God bless. ✝️Dan🇺🇸

Chad, I am telling you, as a nearly 71 year old lady. The best mattress we have ever had. Very costly. 6 thousand dollars, a king sleep number with motion head up feet up or down. We have had bad backs for years, so we needed a firm mattress that would not go bad in 3 years we have in the past paid a LOT of money for a king top rated by consumer magazine. It lasted 4 years maybe. We love our sleep number,we have had it for about 7 years. Would have been cheaper, but we got covers, and cool covers too, plus pillows .

We had a ton of nails on our farm from the previous owner so my gma bought this big magnet with wheels on either side and a long handle. We replaced the wheels with bigger ones so it would roll better but make sure to check to make sure the magnet is strong enough with the increased height. It worked like a dream picking up nails and other metal trash. Wish we could've used it on the glass. For some reason the previous owner made a mess of the property before we got it.

Delonghi brand oil heaters are what we use to warm our bathrooms. We’ve had them several years without any issues. Our bedrooms and bath are on one circulator. Since we like our bedrooms cool, the bath gets pretty chilly. We turn it on at bedtime and boy is it toasty in no time. This would be a safe alternative for you.
