In SC, was a passenger and got rear-ended. This resulted in a rollover crash and a totaled car. Thankfully the person further back behind us had a dashcam so we are not at fault. Sadly the person who hit us didn't have car insurance so we have to go after my friend's UIM/UM coverage. I was taken to the hospital, got slapped with 2 compression fractures (no surgery) so now I just need to figure out how much I will be able to pull from this $25,000 as my treatment will probably be ongoing for a few months. Tough dealing with this while studying for the LSAT lol

Hi 8mounths ago i got rear ended with this driver who drive the van for medical people he had comercial Sedgwick insurence so i had injured my lower back disc and My right shoulder diss located from that day and my Neck i went to the Ciropractor first for a 2 mounth then they send me to MRI and the They give me shots for my lower back disc Right Shoulder & the back of my Neck So now they Wana Send me to see a Specialist for surgery on my right shoulder And i wana Know whats Gone be The amount for my case if I do the surgery or if i dnt do the surgery how much Im gone get paid Like around ??? Please help me with my question thanks .

Thanks Soo much for sharing. Rear ended with my vehicle being totaled. The other driver had extensive damage. We both have Geico. Hopefully I will have a good outcome. We are in NYC ( they were 100 at fault)
