Did you notice that when Johnny testified, Amber stared at him the whole time and when Amber is testifying Johnny avoids eye contact? I’m not a psychologist, but as a victim of violence, I’ve learned that the victim tends to avoid eye contact with abuser to avoid rehashing the experiences or feelings associated with them. The abuser, however, will stare at the victim as a sign of their continued dominance over them.

Johnny couldn't win either way. If he had looked at her, people would have said he was trying to intimidate her, because he didn't look at her,it meant he was guilty. But no-one cared that she glared at him non stop. She was 100% trying to intimidate him. I loved the bit where she said... He won't look at me cos he's guilty, there's a clip of Johnny saying to Ben chew, I don't want to.. and a clip of her seeing him say that and she looks fuming 😂😂 she stared him down so much, cage was trying everything to get his attention. What victim would want their "abuser's" attention. Truth is, if she was that scared of him, she would have requested that she wasn't testifying directly opposite him. And they would have swapped positions of where they sat. But she clearly didn't care.

One thing I noticed was that on several occasions she started her 'crying' episodes when talking about the relationship breaking down, but at times didn't 'cry' when talking about the abuse. Especially at the beginning of her testimony. Not sure you'd be crying about the relationship breaking down 6 years after the fact, especially when that person 'abused' you.

@@eternaljewelleryuk I also read that she couldn't return to Australia...it caused problems for Aquaman 2, because she couldn't use a special set on the Gold Coast. It was reported that the FBI investigated (on Australia's behalf) the claims that came out of the UK trial that she coerced one of JD's staff into perjuring themselves during the court case in Australia over the dog smuggling. It was reported that they were considering perjury charges for AH (and possibly others involved) if she ever returned, but possibly they just refused entry to Australia. She was charged with making a false declaration on a customs form, which can result in the person's visa being cancelled.

This is exactly my issue. And Elaine focused on 3 days. So per Amber she went through all that trauma but didn't tell anyone or try get to a hospital or get someone to be with her. No. Just sleep and wake up the nxt day late morning and want to make him coffee (after being assaulted, raped and slapped). Then she said she saw the finger then only, so saying she wasn't present she doesn't know what happened to his finger). The he was peeing messages so she was confused and they put her in a theater and wanted to drug her. After that she went upstairs and took a third of what they wanted to give her. OK. So then she slept again (this is day 2). Then Elaine tells Amber to tell the jury what she noticed on the 3rd day.. Esp wrt food.. Which is where the mashed potatoes smeared all over comes in). This is also when Amber tries to pack clothes without paint on it and discovers steak rolled up in her bath robe. Then somewhere after she flies back to LA with Ben King. But also says she continued to find meat rolled up in pieces of her robe for the next few days? How... She just took a flight... And then per the other witnesseses they looked for Johnny's fingertip and when they eventually found it out it on ice and took him to hospital.. This was all the same day.. According to them. Here is an audio which then corroborates the testimony from Dr Kipper and Ben King. I am unsure how Amber spaced one event over 3 days.. If someone can figure it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHWzaoGMhtKcjtk

Couple of times I picked up on Elaine asking something along the lines of “are you sure?” And then Amber would give a more ambiguous answer because she had obviously answered wrong the first time. The instance I recall was a date AH was asked for and answered pretty confidently “March 3” which must have been wrong because like I say, Elaine gave her another chance to answer.

I agree. they're the best out there given that there are 4 of them with different backgrounds. they do a lot of legal work and as to how they are used in a court case, they can evaluate a witness and figure out where they are or are not being truthful. this gives the lawyers a heads up as to where they can poke holes. but honestly the interrogations may be the most important part.

It has to be an absolute 100% slam dunk for him to win. And so far I haven't heard anything that sounds remotely like that. Maybe the cross will expose her in an egregious enough lie it becomes untenable for anyone on the jury to believe her.

She has fooled only herself ~ Another thought about Johny and the painting on the walls with his finger after being injured: I think Johny writing on the walls with his blood and then later with paint - was an artistic person who was in shock and (just like those who use graffiti to be seen), was his way of telling his story, to have a voice. - After all, he uses his artistic talents to create stories in film for a living - While this does not seem to make sense to most of us, it does make sense if you are so frustrated by another person trying to control your life, infantilize you, demean you, and make you feel guilty and feel "sick of myself" and who gives you no breathing room - and now has just injured you in a brutal way! It may have made sense to someone who is not sober and who is artistic - and who may feel invisible at that moment.

It is quite frightening 😱🥺 to see the danger "paid expert witnesses" can present without experienced Attorneys on hand to question "PAID expert testimonials". The first 30 minutes that Amber was on the stand on the fist day I thought maybe she was going to change my mind. But then the acting took over. There were so many details that are not in your consciousness when you are fighting someone off. For the level of violence that she describes, on multiple occasions, there is no police or medical evidence to back it up and no photos. She gets very vague on the actual details of the assault in certain parts. The photos that were submitted don't back up the level of violence she describes. Most of that looked like it could have happened during a tussle or any of the moments he was trying to protect himself or restrain her. In terms of defamation, unless something major is presented, I don't think AH has any business writing about being a victim of domestic violence unless she writes it from the perspective of being in a toxic relationship in which she was also an aggressor. I do believe she played a major part in damaging his reputation and affecting his work. I do not like outright lying, exaggeration and malicious intent to damage someone on any level. If she doesn't get some sort of consequence from this it sends the message that people can get away with it and AH is not going to stop.

She is not directly quoting or repeating verbatim the lines from these movies. But, I do feel that she is using scenes from various movies to create her stories of abuse and make them sound more vivid and believable. My sister used to use stories from my life and twist them into her own for people to feel sympathy for her, or to impress people for attention. It was both annoying and creepy. 😕
