More transparency is absolutely needed. Watching the disgusting APOLOGIES to Amber from so many in mainstream media really made me feel sick. I was pretty red pilled about media already, this reminded me of seeing a tragic event happen when I was a teenager, then reading the local paper the next day - I lived near a bunch of small ponds, lakes, a creek and a young man had drowned. It was so awful. First, they put *his MOM* on the front page, being held and weeping. The story was wrong over and over. I was shocked - we saw all the news people out there, they talked to some of us. And got it all wrong. So I've always been wary of reporting. But "We all owe Amber Heard an apology"? Screw you, dude. He was "sorry" that he hadn't covered the case in an even more Pro Amber way? That's not the job of a journalist. Did he think he could sway the jury? That's creepy. Real journalism is rare, so having the camera on the whole time, plus very decent people explaining the law, just the facts (and some laughs, also appreciated) was really good.

I was a victim of DV for many years and I finally escaped with my life. I am here to tell you that this isn't how a REAL DV victim behaves while being questioned about her DV abuse. Amber sits there as if she is bored and wants it all to end ASAP. She has no real emotions to match her answers. Smirking and rolled her eyes as if it was funny and she there only wasting her time. A REAL victim would be emotional while remembering every detail that happened to her while being abused. Victims will not say "I don't recall" if she is telling the truth. AND especially never seeking medical treatment for her injuries is a real give away that she is lying about the whole thing.

I remember doing a depo for my SA case against my g.father... every detail was painfully forthright in my head. Even 'under the influence' of cannabis, I remember every detail to this day. It breaks my heart that survivors of abuse have to see this gross misuse of resources when so many don't find their due justice. WAREHOUSES in Michigan and Ohio full of untested r*pe kits... She gets YEARS of litigation and resources. The whole thing makes me so angry. LOVE YOU PETER! THANKS FOR ALL THE KNOWLEDGE. You're doing God's work.
@porakanasa20062 жыл бұрын
I am sorry that happened to you. And yes, I don't think I would have watch yet another part of the depo without trying to learn the legal background of everything that is happening with out Peter, because after a decade, SHE is so triggering to me. I watched the whole damn trial and its easier to watch this knowing that the victim won, and after this depo she lost the DVRO. I never faced that person ( although it was not SA it was DV) and I'm sometimes even projecting that HE is on the stand so my lawyer can dismantle him, and the world gets to hear my story. Instead just like you said...I only have the photo after the ambulance with swollen and purple face, and dislocated shoulder hidden in my email folders from that last night when that happened and I disconnected everything that has to do with him a decade ago. Was lucky enough that I could leave to another city for a year to do my master degree but still don't go to the places I know he might be. And the things you are referring to makes me angry also sometimes, especially in the past 2-3 years when I literally witness few of my friends or family members going through the same things like you, or me, and they are stuck. No where to go, no where to call. One of them, who is experiencing both DA and SA ( they have also 2 young kids) as I am typing, has a higher rank police officer as a husband and even his coworkers know. But she is not ready to leave or doesn't have all the necessary resources to leave with her 2 kids. Two others...are keeping a brave face in front of the world. But going back to your first sentence.... I am so sorry that you had to go through that with your own father (although I don't know what the g.father means or maybe its a typo), but I hope you are healing in a right direction and with the best for you.

If anything, several members of my family have approached me telling me they finally understood some of what I went through...

Half way through she looks high! She was freaking me out looking all around the ceiling like there voices up there talking to her. 😳 Watch it back & look at her acting all spaced out too about mid way. Dr Curry was right about her - a simple Yes or No question leads her into ramble mode & we're left wondering what the question was again. Move to strike - non responsive is really annoying her at one point! 🤣 I'm going to start using that in real life. 🤣 Thanks for the video. Look forward to part 8 👍 Q: What happens if time runs out?

I've had phones hurled at me some over 15 years ago n I can still tell you exactly where the phone hit n what part of it
@natassjagale98972 жыл бұрын
I've had phone, TV remotes, plates, coffee mugs, glasses, and even a plastic 2L Pepsi bottle hurled at me so hard that my head started to bleed a lot. I can still remember how I felt, where the wounds were and in thr moment I didn't really realize because it was hurled so fast and in shock, but I still remember the fall out and the trying to clean up and the pain where I couldn't even brush /move my hair even trying to stop the bleeding hurt, the headaches. so, for me it's hard to believe what she alleges was thrown and landed. yet she cant relay where and the wounds don't match. I mean I had a Pepsi bottle of plastic I never thought could do damage like it did. At the time I didn't even know what it was at first until when I could be alone and realized it caused a wound to the back of my head and a lot of bleeding, and trying to clean up I found the bottle covered in my blood near where I was struck where it landed. During my abuse he would always grab everything and anything and fly it at me while screaming. For me it's not so much suspicious that she didn't get medical treatment because I had broken fingers, knee injury where I couldn't walk so much pain, and other wounds and I never once saw any doctor or to the ER for two reasons, 1 because I didn't have a way there to some days because of the hours it would happen and I couldn't afford to pay the fair for both ways not knowing how long I would be in er, too scared to ask for family help and afraid of more abuse if I got help, and 2 because I have kids although not there they would be home or I was terrified of having them kept from me, so I woupd never try to be seen or let it known. until I learned my rights, was able to get help, able to have a safety plan, and when I could get out and away. My ex put me through years of court and hell, but what saved me is I didn't need to remember lies, I had the truth and one amazing lawyer! Who really truly knew my situation, the fear I was carrying and how to help me navigate the legal system and my rights. I'm forever grateful to him. He was able to fight for me and keep his promise. The reason it took years is because my ex would keep playing games changing jobs, trying to keep changing lawyers, all kinds of things to keep things remanded and after so long finally the judge had enough and wouldn't allow anymore and eventually he got put on notice when even the lawyers had enough and wouldn't keep representing him. It dragged out because he would also use rehab as a reason to remand so months turned into a year, then another. Then I got my full custody rights and child support but it's after that was done first that he would play games, not leave me alone, have his family serve me and just keep trying to brimg me back. My lawyer knew and seen these tactics and kept promising me that even though it was so many times in and out and so long over time that I would see an end and that I would have peace and my life back. I finally did and I will never forget the day it was finally final court order, finally done for good. March 14 2014. We separated 2008/2009. So for me her actions and expressing certain things is what makes me doubt any of her words are truth. I can still remember where I was, why I was being abused, so many years later still hard and painful to talk about. For her it seems just off to me.

See how she says here that the police said /gestured 🤣 it appeared she looked hurt, but in the Virginia trial she was saying they didn't consider her red puffy face to be hurt. So basically the police had seen that she had been crying maybe? And could that be because Johnny had ended the relationship, and she obviously thought he would just keep taking her crap, and was pissed he was FINALLY done with her and her buddies milking him dry.. just speculation of course 😁

I found it very interesting that she knew exactly what JD did to her, but couldn't remember what order, who was there, who may have witnessed the alleged actions, what got broken, where on her face the phone landed, etc.. As a woman who was abused many, many years ago, I can still tell you the exact order of what happened, who was there, where I was hit or injured, what the police said to me, said to my ex and how I had to drive myself to the hospital, where I had to undergo emergency surgery. The police didn't think I was "hurt all that much", so they didn't call for an ambulance. It's been 46 years since I went through all of that. I remember. This convinces me even more that she is an embarrassment to her gender, lying about all of this. Watch the direct and cross of Alisa Mathewson in the FL vs Trevor Summers. That is how a true survivor of DV/attempted murder remembers. You can watch those parts on Law and Crime Network, KZbin. 'Law Talk with Mike" interviewed her this past Sunday morning on his channel. Amazing woman.

I'm a survivor of DV and SA as well and agree with you that AH fits in the abuser slot... However, much of the abuse I went through I have removed. I get flash backs when cornered. As a matter of fact, when on of my abusers (multiple DVs and mutolpls SAs) went to trial for abusing my daughter (30+ years after abusing me), I could only recall bits and pieces of what happened to me and only when both the defense lawyer and the judge were antagonizing me. When the judge questioned my testimony (she apparently is in the habit of questioning women who come forth with DV claims) I told her that, as a 12 yo girl I had to mentally survive and I kept quiet (and removed much of the details from my memory to keep my sanity) and not become an orphan (with one parent dead and the other in prison). Needless to say, the bastard got acquitted because the judge thought I wanted to get revenge and coached my daughter on what to say... When she read the verdict I yelled at the court!!! And then, when I went before the judge for juvenile court (they thought I was abusing my daughter but those charges were dropped) both my daughter and I were forced to undergo psychological and psychiatric evaluation and counseling due to the sexual abuse we both endured... I still can't reconcile the two verdicts.... Welcome to the justice system.

@@pipinato I am so sorry you had to endure that mistreatment (abuse) by the Court. It is shameful how uneducated so many judges are when it comes to trauma and how the mind does it's best to protect us from remembering some of the most traumatic parts of the abuse. I am inspired by your continued support for yourself and your daughter. I wish you the best in your journey to continue to live your life as you want w/o traumatic thoughts coming to mind.

@@peggyriordan9857 tge criminal trial judge had a teenage son. She told me that before ruining a man's life one should think long and hard. That I wanted to get revenge 30+ years after the "alleged" abuse and instructed my daughter on what to claim. The juvenile court Judge, on the other hand reprimanded me for calling my (then 15 yo) daughter "my baby" and theb proceeded to say that she was the ONLY one who had her best interest in mind. That I was overprotective. That she had to experiment with drugs, should experience sex, be exposed to bullying because that is part of growing up. I lost my shit right there and then and told her she was insane for saying a depressed teenager should be exposed to bullying and I sure as hell would not allow any drug experimentation. She made our next 3 years a living hell. My mother (who never took my side openly before) literally yelled back "you royally fucked up with these two. And then you wonder why women don't say anything. They will never trust authorities ever again". I didn't trust the system to begin with but I went to a DV counseling program to ask how I could get the abuser to stop stalking us (he kept coming outside the apartment building to "talk") without getting him in legal trouble. My daughter ended up getting massive depression and not getting out of bed for almost a year. We have taken years to recover from it (she now is 21). We will never be the same but this made us stronger and our love and support for one another is unbreakable. She is very protective of me, and I feel the same about her. I just wish she didn't have to go through any of that though. It hurts a million times more than the abuse I had to endure
