As a film buff, seeing that EXPERT call Amber HEARD the same level of famous and talented as GAL GADOT, ZENDAYA, CHRIS PINE, JASON MOMOA, was insanity. And calling _Aquaman_ the biggest film of all time, hi _Avatar, Endgame and Titanic_ are RIGHT there.

On the other hand I can just as easily imagine the Jury coming back with not guilty on all counts for both the suit and countersuit. I know so much about Amber's story and the dynamics that played out just don't make sense. I mean don't get me wrong there is some evidence that there was at least a time when Johnny made contact with Amber and caused some bruising. Now I can't decipher for sure if it was incidental contact. You know something that occurred in the course of him trying to defend himself. But I just find it so hard to believe that Amber was trying that hard to keep Johnny sober. She claimed she read all these books and contacted all the professionals. Then said she had no clue she shouldn't be around during the detox portion of withdrawal on the road to sobriety. (isolation and actual professionals are standard for detox due to how dangerous it can be for the person detoxing) Also... Her sister who did drugs on a daily basis. To the point it would be almost safe to infer some addiction on Whitney's part too. But if you are trying to get this man sober. Why is Whitney living in those Penthouses until about 4-5 months before the divorce. Also. If you want to get your husband who gets violent when on alcohol and cocaine sober. You do not CONTINUE your own bottle a night habit of WINE. You remove the triggers from their lives and try to keep them sober. No if anything... I think they wanted him to stay as messed up as possible. And I wonder if Amber and her friends may not have had something to do with his INSANE spending habits. I mean Amber not a gold digger? Then why was her next hook up Elon Musk? (sorry this was so long I guess I am passionate.)

I noticed that too. She was fed symptoms from real survivors and regurgitated it. Wakes up screaming from nightmares. I call BS. How about not being able to sleep and night terrors don't cause waking up screaming, It's just a dread of going to sleep and not being able to push the terrible out of your mind. Having memories and thoughts rush through your mind and can't control them. There is no relief. It's like reliving a traumatic car crash every minute of every day and the only one in the car wearing a seat belt is your abuser. Also, low self esteem, inability to make proper eye contact, hard to stay on task, difficulty holding a job, concentrating. It's very debilitating and disabling. She exhibits NONE of those symptoms. That's PTSD from domestic violence. I have never met a victim with a huge ego and so self absorbed. There is an underling of shame and being shamed that is very isolating. I am with you. I didn't see any of that. It's like she googled PTSD manifestations and incorporated it into her closing.
@alaia-awakened2 жыл бұрын
@@dawnballi9984 I agree. Waking up screaming only happens in the movies. I had C-PTSD, agoraphobia and a panic disorder for 4 years (luckily, I've been able to heal most of it with EMDR therapy) and I've never woken up screaming - you're in the midst of REM sleep, so you're not able to scream or jolt, your body is frozen, it's physically impossible most of the night. My nights were absolute terror though, I barely slept for 4 years. That amount of panic and stress wrecks the body.

And the rails were absolutely perfect and nearly exactly the same length zmd width. And speaking of size; anyone with a fondness for cocaine that AH claims JD possesses, would have racked them up together as a single rail. And for word needs "nasal insufflation" is the clinical term for snorting a drug in powder form.

About the cocaine: 1. She said she texted her friend, "Yay for mornings." Yay is another word for cocaine. Is it possible she was just bragging about using cocaine. I wish Camille had said that. 2. The behavior analysis said something really interesting about this. He said that Camille played into her ignorance so that AH would feel superior and want to school Camille. And it worked. She ended up admitting her sister taught JD how to snort cocaine. 👀

Q & Theory: I’ve been trying to figure out WHY most, if not all, of Amber’s witnesses are friends she no longer speaks to, so here’s my theory: What if all these people have become estranged because they couldn’t support Amber’s crusade anymore? They might be testifying to things they alleged with passion in the past, but there was a consistent dissonance and aura of weariness from each of them. The acting coach and makeup artist, two people who see Amber often but not within her inner circle, seemed like the only insistent witnesses, and even they didn’t seem to be driving these allegations to the degree you would expect if everything Amber said was true. In conclusion, I think Amber’s friends are testifying to save face over their investment in the past, but no longer want to ride the ever evolving train Amber is conducting. They don’t want to be caught in the wreckage but they can’t deny they were once passengers.

If he loses, unless a hung jury or no one wins, I feel that it would be devastating for any men to come out about being abused by their significant others. Right now, JD has the platform to be the voice for the men. He is a "man's man" of average height and weight and he is essentially representing all the men who have been abused. If he loses to her, that will make it so hard for men to be acknowledged and believed. That would be devastating.
@stephenweiss60012 жыл бұрын
He was taught somewhat well by his father who suffered abuse (except that apparently his father unwisely just often took it in front of his children rather than getting away, though that might also have been to make sure that he rather than the kids took the abuse, so maybe he had no alternative.): unless in the extreme case your very life is at risk and you cannot flee and get away and they have you cornered, you never physically retaliate let alone even physically defend yourself no matter what the physical abuse is that you are taking. You flee the scene. In short, sexist or not, "Never hit a girl." Besides, unfair or not, you the man are liable to be accused and charged as the abuser unless there are witnesses, clear video evidence, etc. Even if your life was legitimately at risk (e.g., she was coming at you with a knife), you still may be charged with abuse just for defending yourself unless you have witnesses, video evidence, etc..In short, get away immediately. After you fled the scene, could she punch herself in the face, call the police, and tell them you hit her?? Yes, she could. You may be screwed. If you think that would never happen you haven't been following this trial. Even so, there is no alternative other than to flee the scene and suffer what comes.

She stated today that she had to implement rules of conduct for her friends because of her PTSD from the marriage to Johnny and the trial. What friends?! None of her former friends have a relationship with her these days, nor testified in person. She ruined her own life. Her career is stalling. Not because Johnny defamed her or tried to ruin her. It’s stalling because of her lack of talent. Johnny needs to admit to himself that his career took a downward spiral because of his drug and alcohol abuse and tardiness. He still has his tremendous talent and now needs to focus on fixing his addictions to regain his reputation and rebuild his career.

I agree they both lost work due to their behaviour and attitudes. Although I think his behaviour/drug use spiralled while in a relationship with AH. Her behaviour is just her personality. I hope now he seems to have got sober he can appreciate the benefits that come with that and rebuild his health and career. Edit: having said that, I have no doubt her accusations caused him to lose work, she gaslit him into believing he was a monster & manipulated everyone into believing her lies. After ‘me too’ I am sure that op Ed would have cost him work. I had never paid much attention to them and had never heard of her until she smuggled dogs into Australia and released a very insincere apology, but I caught a headline of restraining order with a photo of bruised face and made assumptions. Left the cocaine on the table, the whisky glass is still full and looks to still be frosty. Was he late for the sitcom school bus and had to jet without his breakfast? Plus, all that is set out in almost the exact center of what seems to be a reasonably large table.

When Camille was talking about the neat breakfast table, it made me laugh when she said there were no nose or lip marks on the table, leading me to believe she indeed doesn't know how that works. The image in my head of someone snorting or inhaling directly from the table with their mouth or nose 🤣

All I have to say about this trial is that JD team is incredible. Their cross is an absolute vision to sit through. The clarity with which they decipher all the chaos from AH's team is amazing. The sneak ups at each witness are brilliant. I've never witness such a thing. The fact I sat through the whole trial by watching it through this channel taught me a shit load of things I never understood before. It's a great case to witness because the evidence does not lie here. The testimony does not lie here. The lies that one could proport are evident under the law. Complete perjury was witnessed here. It's mind blowing. If JD does not win this case, I will be shocked and disappointed in the judicial system. It's not even a matter of bias, honestly. His case has been proven!

My new working theory is she wanted him to hit her back. That's why she got pissed when he'd run after she became violent and taunted him, calling him a p***y and baby when he would hide from her.
