Hi Bea! USC is a great school! My mom also went to that school! Haha, I get what you mean! It's great that young lawyers-to-be are seeing the importance of work-life balance this early. Personally, I think law practice is more difficult than law school, but at least you can control your life like your hours, you can choose an easier job, etc. I'll make a video on this! I am very, very introverted person but I love debates and I strongly believe that I will have to take the path of litigation under my notion that it will satisfy the heck out of me but I am introverted, super. You can see me not talking for weeks but if I am in a debate in school (which I always enjoy doing), you can see me becoming lively as if I have been resurrected from a near death experience that resulted a coma and soon a disability to speak for weeks. My english teacher even once told me that I have the ability to debate and become a lawyer because I have the potential to become really intimidating when I speak especially when I become opinionated over a thing that I am passionate about talking. Maybe my introversion is just about meeting the right people in a right company in a right location and it might help me to shock the potential opponent for underestimating my introversion.

Hello! Please help me answer this question! It is stated in Article 1932 that "If the agent dies, his heirs must notify the principal thereof, and in the meantime adopt such measures as the circumstances may demand in the interest of the latter." However, what if the agent doesn’t have an heir and the principal has no means to know that his agent passed away? Also, this agent passed away due to a fortuitous event and was not declared dead, making him a missing man. What will the course of action be of the government to protect the principal if such a case happens?

Hello! Cybersecurity is a sub-specialization of/ sub-topic under litigation :) So as long as you go to a law firm which accepts litigation work (most law firms do), they would likely accept cybersec cases as well. :) In the Phils, it's not practiced widely enough that there are law firms with separate cybersecurity departments na.

Hello! Good video idea! Thanks, I'll add that to my list :) No restrictions as to tattoos naman. I know lots of lawyers with tattoos. Also, if you watched the video, my brother has a full arm sleeve of tattoos. He's in Ateneo Law and is a dean's lister... so having tatts is really not a hurdle :)

Yes, it is. The regular/day program (for non-working students) is 4 years long, with classes starting in the morning. The night program (for working students) is 5 years long, with classes starting in the evening. Very ideal!
