Depending on the exact wording of the Exposure Sentence, it could affect his circumstances by Ruling that his new Sentence will be served Consecutively to his current Sentence...AKA when you finish the current 10 year Sentence, THEN AND ONLY THEN will you begin serving this new 3-5 year Sentence... It's what I'd have done to that bugger if I was the Judge...

A good friend of mine was a lawyer up until he passed last year. He once told me about a defense he had that was absolutely unreal. His client was accused of SA. His defense was that he tripped over an ottoman and landed on the woman, penetrating her. I asked him if he "vigorously defended his client" and he said yeah he did.

As far as I'm concerned, if a Court issues a Judgement against you, you should not be allowed to declare Bankruptcy to get out of paying it... The Bankruptcy Court should tell you OK, you can get out of paying your outstanding Utility Bills, but you must still pay [Court Judgement] to [the people that Sued you]... Bankruptcy should also ban you from starting or running a Business until it's fully Discharged it 7 years after you declared it...

My brothers former employer tried to contest my brother's unemployment benefits by saying that his firing had been justified. He had been fired for not showing up for a scheduled shift. Showing a schedule that proved the point. My brother had actually taken the actual schedule and copied it on the company copier. The schedule was in the handwriting of the boss. They had wanted to hire a cheaper employee to fill his position.

You're allowed to speed to pass someone, if they're going 60 and the limit is 80, if you attempt to pass going only 80 it'd take over a minute to pass safely

Math is off. A 20 mph/kmph speed differential would only take a few seconds. Trust me, I drive for a living.

Over the course of 1 minute, it'll move a third of a mile relative to the other car, regardless of how fast or far the cars have travelled collectively, since it's the length of the slower car that's relative to the question.
