@@marlbboro8091 I think it’s because a lot of us don’t think the CW has earned a platform to be snarky. A woman is on trial for murder and most of us don’t believe any evidence has supported that she did it and now Lally is not just asking direct questions, but is being rude and condescending to highly qualified witnesses.

Sad thing is IT WAS, and multiple people know what happened and who did it. The police are involved in the murder and "investigation" which was done to cover it up and frame someone. It was not done to find/present the truth. I fear hai family will have hate for KR, unjustifiably, and the cops will all keep their pensions, move departments and they will get away with it. The FBI doesn't investigate murders so they won't be trying to prove who did it, just the other acts like accessing FBI machine for personal use. Hope I'm wrong

Well she certainly has the right to do whatever she wants. But defense attorneys always tell you not to react to anything so she should probably not react at all. But she makes a lot of smiles and smirks and eye rolls and duck lip type smiles with the arched eyebrows to show she doesn’t like things that are said. Even when it was Mr. O’Keefe’s family up there. So it could come off to the jury that she shows everything (emotion wise) except grief and sadness for Mr. O’Keefe. IMO she should show both or neither, because she comes off as not caring about the death and only about catching witnesses’ mistakes. And she should want to appear sympathetic or at least likeable. To the jury, not the public.

There is NO WAY a taillight put that many lacerations up and down his whole arm like that, imo. What makes sense to me is he got in a fight, which makes dogs go nuts and get aggressive (hence, the bites/scratches on his arm), and John got hit on the head with something or fell during fight and hit his head. The fight stops, he's super drunk and doesn't realize how hurt he is. He gets off the floor, picks up his drink and wanders outside and finally collapses. I guess it's just a coincidence that they immediately get rid of their dog and sell the house THAT WAS NEVER INVESTIGATED.

You say that, but whatever the commonwealth has presented that clearly incriminated her, has been dismissed by the Saint Karen Read cult as either fabricated or that the witness is lying. Anything that points away from her being guilty - like the pizza snowplough guy who changed his story multiple times and even as he was speaking today - is seized on by the cult as gospel truth. The mass hysteria over this case is much like the OJ case. The shared delusion is ensuring the cult only sees what you want to see. Colorblindness isn't a visual issue as you indicated. I am very colorblind and have 20/10 and 20/20 vision. Different shades of colors are hard to distinguish from each other but due to this... shapes, contrasting shades/colors, movement and texture are things we see very well. So, glancing over a smooth lawn area, we would notice things that stand out irrespective of color. So the fact it was night time means it would hage been MORE obvious if there was a body in the yard, not harder to see. And in his case it would have stood out as a rock he would need to make sure he missed, or an animal he would need to avoid. Regardless of what color the vehicle officially is, saying a "light color" doesn't mean he/we don't see the vehicle well, we just dont know what color YOU would call it. Hence we don't know what to call it, aka, we "don't know what color it is." An example... purple looks like a blue because i/we cant see the red in it (different variations and intensities of colorbliness if course). Doesn't mean i cant see purple, just means i dont know if it's blue or purple. I'd just guess or use something else that is known to compare it to. But if someone asked me, i wouldn't KNOW what color it is I had to memorize what color things were growing up since i thought i was the only person who couldn't learn colors. I have multiple college degrees and colorblindness is not related to metal acuity in any way Just had to clarify that.

I think Colin Albert got into a physical altercation with john in the basement of the Alberts home. I think john fell backwards falling and hitting his head on the gym equip. I think thats when Chloe attacked john. After everyone left the Alberts house, John was dragged or carried to the front yard, losing one shoe along the way. Johns bruised hands are defensive wounds. I think the Alberts daughter took Chloe with her when she left the house. That would explain why Jenn McCabe had no idea where Chloe was at when she burst into Nicole (her sister) and Brians bedroom. The Alberts testified that Chloe slept in their bedroom with them. Any dog wouldve reacted to someone bursting into their room yet Jenn didnt see her..strange..

So my mother in law died in her sleep, the cops made us stay out of the house completely until they cleared it and the Coroner came and declared her dead and looked around then released the scene. That was in a town of 1,100 ppl. So if that's how they handled that then a much larger town with many more ppl would absolutely do the same thing especially when someone looks like they've been beat.

The plow driver was great. Clearly a guy who knows his cars. I laughed when the prosecutor asked him how he knew the difference between the two cars and he had the answer immediately. Nice work 😆

Lucky seems like a sweetheart that was just doing his job plowing with zero motive. He actually was friendly with the Alberts. He was just honest. Lally tried to act like he was confused but he stuck to it! Like when he said usually he goes by every 3 hours but it was a blizzard and he has to keep the road open because first responders live there. Snow picked up so it was 45 min instead of 3 hours. I have family and friends that plow. I got what he’s saying. You can see A LOT from the plows.

Me thinks she thrives on anger and "madness" to maintain equilibrium. That's all I ever see from this woman 👩

Judges are always bias towards to prosecution. It's a disgrace Peter even has to say "I know the defence have the Jury, but they don't have the Judge" She shouldn't be interfering as much as she has. KR has a decent basis for a retrial

I think John went outside to throw up or answer his phone perhaps. He got attacked by the dog, fell, & then hit his head on something. He was drunk & unconscious then succumbed to the cold & head wound. Or he got into a fight with someone at the house, they hit him in the face, he hit back (knuckle bruises), & he hurt his head. He went outside, the dog attacked, & he fell in the yard drunk/hurt. He succumbed to the cold & his wounds. Then the investigators made sure the evidence pointed away from the homeowners. I have no doubts that those are bites/scratches, most likely from their dog. The fact that they gave away their dog of 7 years is very suspicious. They would've known the dog had a tendency to attack people and/or behavioral issues by then.

Karen's phone data shows her connecting to John's home Wi-Fi at 12:36 am, I believe. That means that the Commonwealth needs to believe that he was hit before that.

Agree. But I think she did it and one day the truth will come out. But no need for her to testify. She is will be free. And as EDB said she can give interviews after this is done and will make a lot of money off Netflix anyway. Recoup her defense🤣
