Triple 4 calling it Nu-metal is very disingenuous. And honestly and insult to the new rock/rap fusion/metal core fusion. It clearly doesn’t have a name per say right now. Calling it Nu-metal would be like using 2 cups attached by a string instead of telephone, or a barbarian to a modern day human. It’s just less evolved. A new name is much more suited.

Falling In Reverse transcends genres and are really on a whole level by themselves. They originated more as a pop-punk/post-hardcore/metal core band but Ronnie has blurred so many musical lines that the band is truly in a league of its own. Ronnie is honestly one of the most talented individuals from his sheer vocal range to the fact that he can play piano at a concert pianist level. He’s truly phenomenal and people don’t give him the credit he deserves. I’d totally recommend checking out more of their stuff! You won’t be disappointed

I love these reactions but do wish people who react would do their research on the people they are reacting to........ Make it easy for ya He went to prison for drugs n organising a fight where someone unfortunately died.... Whilst in prison escape the fate got a new singer brought out a new album whilst playing the songs Ronnie radke was involved in.... Neve paid him his rights to those songs he was involved in.... Then during his first album with fir he does a song called raised by wolves where the breakdown he says this war is mine.... Which corresponds to a song by escape the fate with their new singing... (the guillionte) where their break down is this war is ours.... Then after fir first album he stopped going after them n went his own way had a daughter n most of these songs are about how he don't want his daughter to find out who he was in the past and how he's better now......... I missed alot of details out but there's a few

He made that joke about therapy and "getting back on track around 6:09 but Ronnie (the lead singer) has really "gone through some shit" as people say. He's been to jail, got kicked out of his old band, a bunch of shit. But he has gotten a lot better and a common theme in his newer songs is his daughter. It's honestly heartwarming to know that he's gone through a rough past and he's able to find happiness. Another heartwarming theme is how he talks about his mother, a good example is in Drugs where he acknowledges her . To me? I feel like he's accepted what she's done, but is able to move on because he would never have gone through what he's gone through to get to where he is today. i hold this band with great respect because they're the band who's gotten me into metal. I remember listening to The Drug in Me is You in middle school. On my way to high school listening to Alone on my phone. I honestly think they're a great band and any hip hop head would like them I've they're open minded and if they don't mind a little heaviness

Falling Reverse has roots in the more Emo Rock, from Ronnie being in Escape the Fate. In Falling in Reverse he does that kind of style mixed with rap and pop.
@codyford58325 жыл бұрын
angrykeeper sounds right but where tf is there pop, it’s emo rock mixed with metalcore and rap

This song is more likely about his internal struggles with himself, his actions, and many more variables. Depression, therapy, self-hatred, anger. I think a degree of it is about his daughter finding the truth degree of his past actions. After all, she’s at the end of the video, comforting him after all the pain he caused. You’re not correct but I personally don’t think you’re completely off the mark about his daughter either.

I myself suffer from a lot of these problems and finding help can be a bit expensive. I believe he's singing about finding a way out of the pit we dig ourselves into. A lot of people think that we are making it up or conjuring excuses, but in actuality it is a fight that few win and claims more. Without a cope (i.e. therapy, meditation, etc) most of us fight everyday just to make aense of our thoughts. Songs like this and reactors like you are mine, so thanx for all the help you provide me and keep' em ciming layed bak!!

I just started listening to Falling in Reverse as well and I’m already becoming a Stan. Me and Ronnie may have different views on religion but I still love his music. He’s like if Skillet and NF snapped. They’re outcasts to other Christians because they embrace the fact that Christians aren’t perfect and they speak their mind. I feel like Ronnie grew up Christian, but was an outcast like them, but instead of being distant like them, he said fuck it, and changed his beliefs. I’m a proud Christian (Catholic) but I will always respect other people’s religions or even if you’re an atheist.

He’s talking about his depression and anxiety and how he’s told that he’ll be okay but he doesn’t want to wait he wants to be okay right now. He’s saying that he’s so broken and messed up and religions have tried to help him and he was taking shots at God because he didn’t help him. “Where tf is your God now?”

Popular monster is about how the public sees him vs who he actually is. He's got a LONG history including a stint in prison. In the chorus "I'm falling in love" is about his daughter, who is the girl at the end of the video, that changed the direction of his life.
