Bonjour Annette. Jolie interprétation du bloc d’origine et mélanger ainsi les rayures, les carreaux et les fleurs c’est très original. Merci pour cette idée. J’ai vu le « short » avec la vieille machine Singer, alors comme ça vous êtes venue en Normandie ? Votre séjour a-t-il été agréable ? Nous avons fait un séjour sur les côtes normandes, des moments poignants et forts devant ces cimetières militaires. Merci à tous ces hommes qui n’ont pas hésité à venir libérer la France et l’Europe. Bonjour, de rien. Oui, nous avons visité la Normandie, notamment Omaha Beach, et le cimetière américain dans le cadre d'une visite guidée. C'était une émotion très puissante. Je devais partager cette machine Singer ! Nous étions 4 nuits à Paris, avons visité le Louvre et mon fils m'a demandé de visiter la boulangerie Poilane. Nous étions 2 nuits à Reims et la Cathédrale Notre Dame est SPECTACULAIRE. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour là-bas. Je continuerai à améliorer mon français et j'espère visiter Genève.

I cannot work at the speed that you do. 3 hours to cut and piece blocks, trim blocks, join blocks, join rows, and press as a quilt develops would be impossible for me. This week I made a quick and easy quilt top, and it required 12 hours in total. I was very pleased. Your quilt looks great, and a gentleman would surely love the masculine appearance.

Thanks! ☀️. I did not measure, but it should be approximately 41.75" by 50.0". This is based on 8.75" blocks, and 5x6 layout. So for the width, (8.75 x 5) - 2" seams, that's half inch times 4. Length (8.75 x 6) -2.5" for seams, that's half inch times 5. Hope that helps!
