Did my first cyanotypes today. Out of all the videos I have watched yours are my favorite. I used 100% cotton watercolor paper and ferns that grow in my woods. I aloud the medium to dry on the paper the night before. So happy with the results. Thank you for making these videos and giving such clear instructions.

Thank you Stephen, your videos are very inspirational. I've never tried this technique before, but after seeing your work and a handful of other photographers' work who are into cyanotype, I really want to give it a go! As a summer project at least. I love the look of the images, and the fact that each print is an original, not mass produced from an inkjet printer! Thanks again, we'll see how it goes! 😊

This is absolutely beautiful, thank you for sharing this! I love the final rendering with the little bubble silhouettes and I would like to ask you 2 questions: how did you prepare the soap mixture that you put on paper at the beginning of the video ? After you have put the mixture on the sheet, do you let it dry by itself with the bubbles? Thank you!

The result is very spectacular, hypnotic, up to the ingenuity of the process! What is foam made of? Vinegar and ...? I wonder if, with egg white and lemon juice ... Le résultat est très spectaculaire, hypnotique, à la hauteur de l'ingéniosité du processus! De quoi est faite la mousse? Vinaigre et ...? Je me demande si, avec du blanc d’œuf et du jus de citron ...
@roachbasher4 жыл бұрын
The form is made from washing up liquid, lemon juice will have a effect as its acid , egg white out in a hot sun I image it would cook under the glass as it gets very hot .
