@@markhep yeah, I've wear one of those Velcro brace things through the day,it's healing... slowly..but you know if you'd kept off it for a week it'd sorted itself out,but it'll probably take a couple of months whilst still putting weight on it 😢😢😢...it's a good job we are rufty tufty construction workers 🤠🐎 YEE HAW

Hi Graham we been getting all the gobo up and stone in bags. Think I would need to make a crate to get blocks up with them Been big. But Yere I try and use it for everything. It's mine they only about 100 pounds and the arm was 60 pound I think maybe less. So they cheep enough to buy 👍👍👍👍
