Thanks for showing the layout plan along with the cab ride, I think it is the first I've ever seen done that way. I hope others follow your example, eventually. Now with 2021 just around the corner, I wonder what your layout is like now. From what I've seen it must very nice. ;-)

Thanks. The mystery housing the layout had been closed for most of 2020, and we have used the downtime to do maintenance ; we hope to reopen in 2021.

Fully agree. Some work was done after this video to refresh the scenery. These cab rides also reveal that the scenery was designed solely to be viewed from the public, and not from the track side.

Good ride, apart from seeing "heads popping up and arms/hands wandering into shots!" But again, a little soulless, bland, but clever layout you'd expect to see in a model shop?

Oh, that's quite a critical comment here :-) This happens to be a layout which was started in the 60s, then expanded later in the 90s and such. So for its age, this "soulless bland" layout holds fairly well. It's located in a children museum, thus the people seen around.

Too good a layout for this treatment. SLOW DOWN! Not enough time to look left/right to digest the goodness. And that moving map doesn't work. It takes away from the panoramic view. Please try again. This is too good a layout to rush through.

You're welcome. I enjoyed trying several variations. I'm currently working on an updated cab ride on this layout, probably for next month. Doing these videos take a while, for example the map one was 2~3 solid weeks of work.
