The latest teenage drama was how I apparently purposely ruined dinner for her last night by using my BBQ sauce on my own food while she was in the room! It is a vinegar-based BBQ sauce instead of the thicker ketchup-based sauce that a lot of people are used to. If you have raw honey...raw honey can get bacteria easier when its with other ingredients. I use raw honey for drinks and such if your house temp goes up or the seal isn't right its makes it easier to get bacteria growth or mold than honey thats been cleaned or heated and you should refrigerate items that contain it especially after opening. Especially in heat/warmth.

I used to work in honey industry. Pure raw honey does not get bacteria. It's a broad-spectrum antimicrobial. That's why it requires no preservative and can remain edible almost indefinitely. But when raw honey is heated (pasturized) the living enzymes that made it an effective antimicrobial are destroyed, reducing the live superfood to a sad simple sugar. It's this dead sugar that becomes easy fuel for bacteria. The PASTURIZED honey is actually what you want to refrigerate after opening. Mold on your honey is a dead giveaway that its been pasturized or mixed with another ingredient, and I recomend throwing it out. Pasturized is a far inferior product. Big industry pasturizes because raw honey will crystallize and gum up the machines. They want honey to remain liquid and flow freely thru the machines and filters. But the result is a ruined product that doesn't live up to its health marketing. There are several tests you can do on a honey to see if it has been pasteurized or to confirm the presence of additives. Look them up. I cannot make any claims about honey, raw or otherwise, when mixed with other ingredients. But I DO AGREE that this pink sh*t be nasty!!!!! DISCLAIMER: I'm not a health professional. And I make no claims about preventing, diagnosing, treating health conditions. I'm only offering insight from my career field. Hope it helps. The bees say Hi.

If you look at FDA's site, the section for condiments, she doesn't need an "FDA approval", she just need to register with them, make her product in an FDA approved facility or home facility + FDA inspection (which at the beginning she didn't have). She obviously didn't adhere to FDA standards, however, saying that her sauce needed "approval" is incorrect. She saw the opportunity and rushed ... she didn't go and have a consultation with someone that knows the business that she wanted in. She didn't even bother to make a research on her own, apparently, therefore she will have to face the consequences of her mistakes. Finally, I think she is a cooker but not a chef, as an ESSENCIAL part of Chef's training is food safety & handling.

as someone who is doing graphic design in school, the labels she is using look really bad imo. like, they aren’t coherent at all, and she’s just throwing random colours that don’t mix onto a label. putting magenta with pastel pink with black and white is a big no no in my opinion. also, the magenta she uses for the logo and the magenta she uses on the label are two different shades of magenta. why would she and her “team” do that? i’m all up for supporting small businesses, but come on… at least make the labels look decent. that’s just my 2 cents worth tho. also i think it would’ve been better if she made the logo white, instead of magenta, that way the sauce’s colour could stand out more.

I use ketchup mixed with mayo & a little horseradish as a cocktail sauce for steamed shrimp and with fish. It's much better than store brand cocktail sauce.

Shes in so much trouble right now. She cut ties with the company that made her sauce safe to sell in stores and blew threw all the money they gave her in advance with no added fees and now shes super broke and the sauce isnt selling. She had a go fund me most people only donated to leave a bad comment and the majority of the money came from a basketball player i think i dont know ive never heard of him but apparently hes got money

And the sad part is the stuff (not to be confused with a movie called "The Stuff" which had something similar to Pink Sauce" does NOT look appetizing at all! When I saw it for the first time, I literally had to go to the bathroom and throw up.

Amazon and other similar retailers ship food products such as Ranch dressing, tarter sauce, mayo, etc...through the mail everyday. They also package them in plastic or cardboard containers similar to what was shown here. This is allowed because they are considered "shelf stable" food items. Meaning they do not require refrigeration until after they have been opened. While milk is perishable at room temperature, the acidity of the vinegar and lemon juice included in the recipe help deter any bacteria growth until the container is opened. Also, in the United States all restaurants, catering operations, those preparing food for public consumption, etc... must be inspected and regulated by their local county health department. So she would have been inspected by them and required to meet state and local food safety guidlines prior to selling food to the public. She would've been shut down by local authorities had she failed to be inspected or had not passed her inspection. Not to mention the penalties she'd face if she failed to do these things. I haven’t finished the video, yet. At the time of writing this I'm a little over halfway through. So I don’t know if this is mentioned or not but wanted to bring it up. Obviously if it smells off, arrives damaged/open, the container is bulging or anything else that causes any concern then I wouldn’t eat it. The only thing that concerns me is the no expiration date part. This needs to be fixed ASAP. In the end its your body and your health if you're worried about any food item then by all means don't consume it. 🤷‍♀️

The sauce not even the same color from her videos. I bet she took the easy and cheap route to push the product out as fast and cheap as possible. A packet of ranch is 50 cents… mix that with milk or water, pepper flakes, & food coloring there you go, pink sauce. Dragon fruit, honey, and sunflower seed oil would be way more expensive and time consuming.. either that or she skimped out on the ingredients she claims to use which is why it went from bright pink to basically thousand island sauce
