Also expectations, shame and fear/ worry (including worrying about worry/ future worry-- actually the deadliest and most persistent type, but 95%+ of worries never come to pass usually... tho can be scary if you eliminate most of all of them, pretty dam difficult without going thru traumatic stuff I suppose hah, but I'm done being concerned about humanity when they are super corrupt and destroy beautiful vulnerable rare parts of nature...) Don't let people seem right and justified because they play on your insecurities. Or I mean make sure you're not damaging Nature, then do whatever you want (while still following the law for the record), listen to Alan Watts yes Edit: also he doesn't understand how mental disorders impair Consistency, not Peaks. Thankfully somehow I have a fulfilling, wiggle room for productivity (sometimes crazy a lot/ probably do a bit too much, some days relatively meh) and sustainable job... BPD is hell sometimes hah, then heaven, then hell, it is quite a ride and I'll continue to ride the bull for as long as I can safely and take advantage of the joys that can be easily within reach :) (mental resilience strategies are Much much more effective than any Drugs anyways) Also keep in mind Nobody Actually cares-- even if you catch the biggest fish, b*ne the most smoking hot women, go on the grandest adventures-- it's just small talk and 98% of the time they won't probe deep about your personal life unless they're bored or have some agenda or something... So just live your life sustainably as you can and enjoying it ;) And above all Know your Sanity is holier than Anything. Keep laughing, smiling, loving and living... Or else the corrupt oppressors win and keep taking out hard earned $

Absent/aloof fathers and overbearing mothers, the boys never had the chance to see the value of hard work.. The hardest working young men I know either had decent fathers and their parents stayed together or were poor so they were forced to work hard to survive. My parents didn't give a shit growing up after their divorce and so I was glued to video games since age 5. I was raised weak and developed mental issues I have only recently got over it through working out and taking social risks to conquer anxiety. I now have a full time job at 22 and am happier than ever.

To the "its not worth it" defeatists.....did you ever think that idk maybe if you did apply yourself to being more than just a bum and a loser that youd find more purpose, meaning, and enjoyment?
@praisekek181
@praisekek181 3 жыл бұрын
@@jlogan2228 in today's society no, loser and bum are apt descriptions but wont work as motivation because they dont feel that thay can build much of anything when you are taxed beyond reason, like late stage Rome, no Italian wanted to go into the army because they did not feel a part of the state, and so young men feel that they are not apart of America. If thou hast a child, and teach him not of truth or of well-made work, then better hadst thou taken thy child and put out his eyes and ears, hath you done him such a great evil."Know, for though the Hand of The Builder doth still shape man and the world through our actions, there are legion who do not believe and wouldst tear down thy work"And so did the son come unto his father, and sayeth he: ‘Woe unto me, for hath I nothing to eat. Father, give me that which I need.' And so didst his father give to him an iron chisel and sayeth he: ‘Go into the world, and Builder grant thee the fruits of thy labor.' The next day did the son come unto his father, and sayeth he: ‘Woe unto me, for I can do naught with this chisel. Father, give me that which I need.' And the father didst give him a hammer of fine wood and metal, and sayeth he: ‘Go into the world, and Builder grant thee the fruits of thy labor.' And so did the son return, and sayeth he: ‘Woe unto me, for I cannot eat these, I cannot use these to catch fish or gather crops. Father, give me that which I need.' And the father didst cleave the begging hand from his son, and sayeth he: ‘The Builder hath granted thee the fruits of thy labor, which is naught.'"

I had trouble answering questions from recruiters, so I asked my mom and here's her advice for in person and phone interviews: 1) Tell them everything you can related to the job (your skills, traits, etc.). While some questions are answered with yes or no, they want you to provide more than that. 2) Have a positive tone/smile. If you sound pissed off or monotone they won't like you. And, give a little smile every now and again, even for phone interviews. 3) Know how to properly answer their really dumb questions (where do you see yourself in five years, what's your favorite color, etc.) 4) Stand up/sit up straight. For in person interviews, sit up straight and look confident. For phone interviews, stand up. Just make sure not to walk around while you're talking. 5) Practice, or at least make a list of questions the recruiters might ask you along with answers. 6) Look up videos and blog posts on how to ace an interview.

A good friend of mine has been on many interviews. A lot of it is do they like you. Look around their office for clues about family. Talk about kids, pets, vacations, cars. Get them to talk. You have to run out the clock. If they spend 30 mins yakking about their kids and sports then suddenly the interview is over and they'll think Hey I liked that guy.
