Lazy City WORKERS Fail TO MAINTAIN High TRAFFIC Property Leaving Florida HOME OWNERS To SUFFER!

Well Looks Like We Are Cleaning Up The City's Mess On This One! 😖 I've Been Riding Past This Location Off Of US1 For Over A Year Now And Have Always Thought To Myself. When Will The City Cut This? It had even driven me to the point of thinking that the land indeed belonged to the homeowners near it and they just couldn't maintain it due to the size of the lots. Well my first guess was right. This land indeed belongs to the city and they aren't even thinking of maintaining it. This is causing the home owners who live right near the curb to suffer. Not only is it dangerous, it is making their property and neighborhood value decline. You don't even want to think of driving into the neighborhood with such an ugly mess on the outside of it! So this was filmed Monday September 26th (Typo In The Video)during the week that Hurricane Ian hit us. I knew for sure I would not be able to spend days working in the storm but I really wanted to make sure I gave my subscribers another video full of love for this week especially with what we have been dealing with here in Florida this past week. You should have left a city nuisance sign for the city since they want to do it to everyone else... Better yet send them a bill for cutting their grass that they haven't maintained in over a year.. And if they don't pay send them to count since again they do it to everyone else..lol God bless.

I don't think city officials realize that by maintaining property draws perspective businesses, clients, house hunters to your city. People driving through can tell whether or not the city is doing its job by just maintaining properties, sidewalks , etc. You are actually doing them a favor by maintaining these properties. Nobody wants to drive through a town with lots that are a hot mess, it reflects on the city and it's officials. You do a great service to your community and everybody that drives through, looking at your wonderful improvements. Thank you for all that you do. p.s. I have an empty lot next to my house and I have cleaned it up for years because people have thrown garbage in my yard because of the empty lot as well as just driving through at a fast pace. We have little kids around and so I cleaned it up for the kids and so people would quit throwing garbage in my yard. I’m going to go to a city meeting one day and explain everything to them because 21/2 years ago the fire chief was on my backside about my yard and the empty lot for most of the summer. This same fire chief is now our mayor. I tried to buy the lot but the city won’t sell it to me because I stood up for myself to the fire chief. Now that I’m divorced I’m working on getting my house and yard completely taken care of. Then I can get a job, build up money and rebuild my property. God will provide. Mr. Jimmy is a cutie! I saw him helping you! I pray that the house and land don’t suffer too much from the hurricane.

I live in a small, but growing town in N.C. our maintenance workers are amazing! They pick up our yard waste every week. They see me outside and wave maybe because I thank them when they get my yard cuttings, but they seem genuinely happy to see this elderly lady.
