I "fell off" the keto bandwagon by eating a frozen spicy beef patty from Costco. I bought it months ago, before I began my fasting keto life. I am not made of money, so just throwing away food I cannot do. In addition I did eat a hella lotta vegetables, so I do not feel 100% guilty. It is not like it is going to be a habit.

I just want to say thank you so much. I had pancreatitis and my Hba1c was sky high. My cholesterol and LDL were elevated and my HDL was low. I followed your advice to the letter with a high fat moderate protein and low carb eating plan and fasting 16/8. I was really worried that my cholesterol would have gone up but my lipid panel was completely normal and my HbA1c was down from 11 to 6 without any statins or metformin. I really couldn’t have done this without you as my diabetic nurse wanted me to have low fat and at least 50g of carbs with every meal!!! Thank you again and I wish I could send you a thank you gift xx

I think this is one of the most amazing parts of the ketogenic protocol. I'm virtually never hungry, even when I'm breaking my fast. I'm now in the stage where I'm having 2 meals a day, one big break fast and one small dinner, but it's only a matter of time util I reach OMAD which is becoming more and more appealing as my hunger levels are ever decreasing.

My hair is thicker, my skin is cleaner, I smell like a coconut. I only do 2 tablespoons a day. Cost wise they are similar. I'm 58 and can pass for 35. Am I just odd???

Would love to see a video just on “fat fasting”… like how much fat do you eat/drink in what kind of eating window? I’ve not heard much on this subject. I have a super hard time prioritizing protein for fat loss. I really feel like I need the fat. But I’ve been stalled for a year. 😒 I just hear a lot of “don’t eat extra fat if you want to lose fat”…,, (Emmerich’s, Ted Naiman, etc) their approach seems so logical but it’s hard for me to do. I feel more stomach distention and tiredness when I eat highER protein and lowER fat.

I have a video that talks about variations of fasting and talks about fat/bulletproof fasting kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHnCm2qQmNFop6s Generally it's a 16/8 fast but you can have some fat (bulletproof coffee) within your fasting window. But I know people also do extended fat fast for 24+ hours. There isn't really a guideline as there are many ways to do it.

Even with a little „normal“ mayo or saladdressing if Im eating out, I‘ll feel it the next day. Do you eat salads anymore? I thought maybe once in a while. Can you show low carb tomato sauces? I am overwhelmed shopping.
@thefisherking783 жыл бұрын
Just get plain tomato puree and season your own. If you wanna be REALLY lazy, as I am, even some of the cheap ones have very low added sugar
@HealthCoachKait3 жыл бұрын
Just look for one without added sugar on the ingredients list 🙏 If you're in the states I know off the top of my head Primal Kitchen has one hckait.com/primalkitchen
