LOVE these, please do more! 🖤 I joke that I'm "lazy" but the fact is that there are days now where I *can't* stand for any length of time in the kitchen. If you're physically limited or mentally tapped out, you deserve wonderful, nutritious food too and these are things I can also make a little extra of for the times I just stand in front of the refrigerator and shovel like a gremlin.

Lol, yes, I love this level of lazy. It's good to have a bunch of things which are pantry-friendly/people dropping-in-unexpecredly, or, you've had a busy day and you have no time to prepare something. Well, that was a bizarre sentence. I'm too lazy to fix it. That pasta is easy enough to toss in some spinach and/or broccoli from your (maybe?) prepped items in the fridge. If I'm not able to get through my prepped broccoli or cauliflower I'll freeze it before it goes to waste. It's a great source of frozen food with little effort. I tend to like all the things I've seen you make, but I am a newbie around here, so I don't think I should be making demands at this stage. To be honest I don't feel like I'm very demanding as a general thing 😂 so, good job is my response ✌🏻

Great video Merle…. Being plant based means tonssssssssss of chopping so to have some lazy meals to have around is key. I was thinking don’t they sell pimentos like bits in the jar that could work as sun for the red peppers and they are already bitty bitty so no choppy choppy . Thanks ❤

Another way I like to do lazy protein-packed pasta is a chickpea pasta and then add tofu 'ricotta.' So fast and easy!

I always see creators saying “I know some of y’all don’t like protein powder” …who? Why? Come forward and help me understand 😂 I don’t get it. Aaaanyway love the meal ideas. I’m a medium-lazy cook lol. I sometimes make my own bases and sauces etc and I love chopping and using all the gadgets - but if it requires a million steps, techniques, or ingredients I don’t normally use or can’t substitute- nope!! That being said knowing how to substitute ingredients or cooking methods is a VERY important vegan hack in my opinion.
