It never ceases to amaze me people being empathic to Mickey because he lost his mom when in reality his lifestyle and ways are exactly what got her killed in the first place. Had he not screwed over the protagonists the first time let alone the second time, let alone the damn third time his mother would still be alive.

This was Jason Statham's second movie ever; _Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels_ was his first (and also Guy Ritchie's first film). He started his movie career just doing a bunch of English crime & comedy films, and didn't get noticed as an action guy until the Transporter a few years after this, so no shirtless asskicking just yet.

The DVD version of the movie was funnier by the mere fact that instead of having "[INDISTINCT]" in the captions when Mickey spoke, sometimes the captions had "[????????????????????????]" LOL

Guy Ritchie's best work. Also possibly the best performance to date from Brad Pitt. The 'Dangerous guy' is Vinnie Jones. Check out his football career sometime, he really has been the 'dangerous guy' for most of his career.

I have always liked this movie. I didn't understand 33% of the dialogue but the situation was epic. Try any of the Transporter movies for more Jason Strathman (him fighting shirtless in these) and lots of fight and car action shots. Good reaction.

Snatch was more a comedic film than a fight film or action film. But I think it was a combo of the three. I don't remember watching this movie back in 2000. Also, is it me or is Toy getting grey hair? If so, that's awesome. I got grey hair myself and there is nothing wrong with going grey. I'm 38 years old and damn proud of having grey hair.
