I appreciate and agree with your reactions to my boy Tae…he deserves all the accolades. He loves and breathes music. His voice is a perfect instrument to translate it. As it’s been mentioned many times, Iris Stevenson recognized that people “feel something when he sings”. Le Jazz de V shows that V is not an idol but a timeless artist. Tae can sing any genre and make it credible in that genre but jazz and RnB are his best styles (in my opinion). Now, I’m looking forward to a collab with an opera singer and a broadway musical which are so him. Most boy band members have some solo success and then they are not heard from afterwards. I think this shows that V can have 3 more careers after bts - jazz singer, musical theatre and acting (No shade as the some of the other members will also be able to transition into other areas).He has so much more ability which he can’t show in the kpop/group arena. I feel he is timeless, you can see him still making music in his 40’s and 50’s if he wants to.

Loved your reaction guys. Tae is in his element. At Festa 2022, he did make a statement about wanting to show us a different side of himself. Also, a big shoutout & love to his Grandmother. She raised Tae till he was 14 & was a big influencer in introducing him to the old classics, R&B and JAZZ. would love to hear some of this style on his album. To me, V’s voice is like silk & honey & makes you feel like you are receiving a warm hug. Also, the female singer is Minna Seo. She is a 20 yr old South Korean jazz singer & has her own KZbin acct. I”ve heard she is called “The Princess of Jazz”. I think she & V’s voices melded so well together.

Thanks for a great reaction. This was the best gift. You can tell that Tae really loves and takes Jazz seriously. He nailed not only the vocals but the whole atmosphere of Jazz from his clothing, the set, the live instruments. I love how Tae and Minna Soe's voices blend and I hope they do many more songs/performances together. She did the backing vocals for the version of It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas that Tae gave us for Christmas last year. I am so happy Tae is pursuing his love of Jazz and I'm sure he'll also pursue his love of R&B/Soul as well. I've been eager for his solo album and his performances like this make me even more so. I agree that he would be so suited to singing in low-key bars or speakeasy’s 💜 I have watched this video over 100 times already, especially the Cheek to Cheek performance!! It’s so heavenly and perfect, I can’t wait for his album! Also the girl accompanying him in this is Seo Minna and she did the backing vocals for the recording of Its Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas that he released in December, John Eun (the guitarist you pointed out) has worked with RM on some of his songs, & DOCSKIM (the piano player) is a friend of Namjoon they both were in his Tiny Desk performance, unfortunately I don’t know too much about the other players in the band but they are all definitely super talented! 🔥🔥

Imposible Mata. Tae tiene una voz calibrada en el rango de barítono pero eso no quiere decir que pueda cantar un aria de barítono. Me explico. A su edad sería imposible ajustar sus cuerdas vocales, su garganta y su colocación de la voz para eso. Por algo muy sencillo. No está entrenado para ese tipo de canto. La técnica de las voces operisticas es diametralmente opuesta a la técnica de kpop, rock, u otro tipo de vocalización. Tae adora la música de los años 40, 50, 60 y 70 del siglo pasado que dio grandes compositores de música bailable, Jazz y las mejores bandas del mundo rockeras. Tae se sumerge hasta el alma en esta música pero ya no podría cantar ópera. Mira lo que te digo, Tae estaba en manos de profesores de canto, música, técnica etc. Si ellos cuando se dieron cuenta del potencial de su voz hubieran cambiado técnica, respiración, colocación de voz dirigida al mundo operistico posiblemente hubiera sido un muy buen barítono. Pero no lo encaminaron por ahi. Formaba parte de una banda de kpop y se estaba invirtiendo dinero en él, en los siete. Ahora suma dos y dos. Los siete tenían que ser rentables ¡¡¡y vaya si lo están siendo!!! Pregunta por ahí que lugar en el rango de millonarios en Corea está Bang y recuerda que comenzaron en una empresa que se iba a pique, a la quiebra. En fin, la vida es así un saludo y perdona el testamento pero lo requería el tema. Imposible explicar en dos frases.

@@alkim1519 como TAe mismo nos ha dicho, el ha tenido que dejar de ser el mismo/dejarse de lado a el mismo por la banda, y lo que mas han dejado de lado es su enorme potencial como cantante, pq su timbre no era como el que ellos querian para una banda de chicos hip hop con vocales que han orientado hacia notas tan altas que obviamente una voz tan masculina y baja como la de tae no se ajustaba, la empresa ha desperdiciado tanto talento y tanto y tanto en la formacion artistica de Tae, siendo una pieza UNICA trato de hacerlo uno mas del monton. Dirás que por qué te suelto todo esto, muy sencillo, por que los he observado mucho. Aquí me limitaré a Tae. De los siete, hay dos muchachos que se criaron de forma diferente, uno con su abuela y era todo inocencia y dulzura y el otro que se buscó la vida en la calle con una voluntad de hierro forjada a golpes, capacidad de superación inmensa, poco amor de sus padres y sin ningún apoyo de éstos. (en mi país los abrazos no escasean entre amigos y familiares y el consuelo y el cariño de un abrazo te da media vida) bien, que me desvío del tema. Tae ha aprendido a adaptarse a fuerza de exigencias exteriores y obligatorias y lo hizo maravillosamente pero dejando mucho de sí mismo por el camino. Es muy inteligente y algo que es importante, es muy listo, unidas estas dos cualidades y ya madurando en edad y conocimientos tae se buscará su camino, el que le satisfaga y lo hará con absoluta seguridad. Ahora bien, no podemos negar que es con el kpop con el que gana dinero y no lo puede dejar pero se buscará el camino para a la vez hacer veladas íntimas en pequeñas salas donde sea el mismo u cante con el corazón de Jazz que tiene. Compositores geniales en el sigo XX no le van a faltar (entra en Google y busca compositores de Swing) esa es la base de Tae y su pozo de sabiduría. Nos dará momentos íntimos y memorables... en cuanto lo dejen. Sé que me alargo mucho pero me gusta hablar de mis amores y lo que yo veo en ellos. Disculpame. Ha sido un placer hablar de él.

Его сольник должен был выйти в конце 2022г, банших сдвинул его расписание на февраль 2023г, но потом в этот график втиснул автотюнинг Чмина, а сроки Тэ вновь сдвинул на июль, в самую жару, которую Тэ не переносит из-за крапивницы. И все ребята свои сольники делают за свой счёт, в этом отношении Тэ и Чону проблематично, у них нет своей студии, как у рэп- лайна.У Чмина покровитель банших весь автотюнинговый сольник сделал за счёт компании, там учавствовали 20 продюсеров, и группа танцовщиков. И Чмин хвастался, что он не вылазит из студии баншиха, и может купить любую песню. Желаю Тэхёну с достоинством пройти весь этот продажный Kpop.

А почему это не разрешил бшх непонятно, ведь остальные ребята все работают под своими именами. И ещё вызывает недоумение, праздновали юбилей БТС, и выпустили только РМ, и лишь для отвода шума. Ведь можно было организовать пусть и по телевещанию, как во время пандемии включить ребят, и пообщаться всем ребятам с фанатами. Просто было бы похоже, что группа существует. Но скорее всего баншиху это не нужно.

TaeTae's voice and sound is made for R&B, Jazz and Neo Soul although I think his voice could fit any genre. I can always tell TaeTae's voice in the background even early on when he did not have many lines, because his voice has a lot of bass. He has that deep, rich, smooth and velvety voice. Mrs. Iris Stevenson was right when she said TaeTae's voice is soulful and it make you feel something when he sings. My mom calls TaeTae the Barry White and Maxwell of South Korea.
