great video! i have a problem, yesterday i just downloaded the game, and i played like 2/3 practices alone and a full race weekend with the ai. i am b3 in the dr and b0 on the sr. i want to race online but every time i get to the beginner daily race and i click on the event, the game shows me the loading screen for about 2/3 seconds and then he put me on the same events screen. i am really annoyed that i cant race online... can you help me in any way? i hope i explained well what the problem is.

I would try verifying the game file integrety on the steam system. Additional clear the cache / cbash files in the userdata folder within the root folder. If it keeps failing let me know.

Can’t you sandbag purposely during qualifying and practice then start pushing during a race to gain more driver rating?

no, it takes your qualifying result and your race result for calculation. Moves you do mid race are not perceived

25 % of the rating are retrieved from Qualifying position / 75 % from finishing position. So moves do not matter as it takes only results into considerations.
