It'd be interesting to see if civ VII could introduce co-rulers acting as one leader, maybe being able to emphasise one aspect of their combined leader ability by picking one or the other. Even if its just for aesthetics, having Theodora is fantastic, one of my favourite historic figures!!

To make it clear I do not wish to be a hater. I love civ and approciate all the amazing work you guys are doing. With all that said I feel the need to point out that Theodora was a pretty horrible ruler. She was prosecuting anyone who even mentioned her very public past even killing her son. She was also a tyrant to her subjects and seemed to care way more about her own luxury than about her pupils.
