Your words and the content of your videos inspired me truly. I am an expert in my domain but I have ignored the importance of communication … I am committed to change that using your videos, I started that 3 days a go, using the camera on my Mac as you suggested Sir and I will continue doing that. It was a strange experience to see my self talking !! It was like stepping back from oneself… I thing the challenge is to identify what to change, since doing it by oneself is not objective, we tend to be subjective when assessing oneself. I think exercising and doing the work at the beginning is crucial but then one need to check that with a coach to get in touch with a professional having the competence to evaluate the progress and identify what still needs emprovements. Any thoughts on that. Thank you so much and kind Regards from Germany

Great advice, the only thing I can add is that webcam didn't work for me. The best advice was to use a mirror, this is whilst I was practicing using a webcam and always had an excuse of not having a cam on hand or obsessing about technical details of getting the picture quality perfect. The mirror eliminated all those issues.
