Dr Spears points out good leadership characteristics, especially for the spritual church arena. We need Godly Spirit filled leaders in the body of Christ more than ever before, as leaders with integrity are becoming a more scarce commodity today. I like that he mentioned to be accountable to somebody. There are many lone rangers out there. Those leaders (pastors) who are at a church for a long time and the only pastors in their churches, run into danger that they are getting so familiar with their situation and they also become too familiar with everything around them. They are then falling into a rut or a habit, which have a negative impact on the church members and themselves. These leadership sessions are critical to keep pastors on their toes. Thank you
