Awesome discussion on how a leader impacts the culture of the organization. I really love how Michael broke down the decision cycle of Coach Belichick's goal line defensive call during the Superbowl! It is amazing to me that what is perceived to be a genius play call or just a lucky play should actually be attributed to the culture of the organization and its' shared belief of its members.
