💯. Especially if you have taken over for a boss that didn’t do anything and allowed staff to perform 10% of their role while taking 6-7 hour breaks. No word of a lie.

I used to run up to my dad while he was mowing to ask him things. Now I understand his anger for being stopped while working a dangerous machine.

I had some time ago a discussion with a few managers One threatened he would fire everyone who dares to disagree with him another threatened me with punishment for violation of the dress code If i wear my work safety hard hat , that is exactly my profession to do exactly that when reasonable PS Leading with mission is a better way
