Absolutely loved this ❤ This channel and the conversations/guests you have on are just incredible. So insightful. This one especially for me personally as I suffer with CPTSD from childhood trauma and depression. I always go away from these with so much food for thought and I actually took some notes while listening to refer back to. Thank you for creating such an amazing space, very proud to be a part of this community ❤✨

Incredible and so spiritual! It shows that while she has been focused on research, she is actually studying the way our soul impacts our wellbeing!

My doctor has always told me I suffer from depression but due to little to none actual examination of my mental health I have brushed it off and refused her drugs. However after just Googling what high-functioning depression is and the symptoms.. I suffer from absolutely every single one, worst one that I struggle to deal with is my Crohn’s disease which the cause has never been explained to me

fantastic conversation especially on the topic of anhedonia, which is definitely something i've dealt with after the trauma of a narcissistic relationship. however, i don't agree fully with doctors being the correct method instead of self diagnosis; as she said if they don't know why would you?' well who knows then, because in a lot of cases you know yourself better than most, self awareness is key. Halle berry is a great case of this, where she was diagnosed with an std instead of menopause, self diagnosis lead to her correct diagnosis.

Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. I genuinely miss him and just can't stop thinking about him, even though I've tried my hardest to stop thinking about him. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here.

It's hard to say goodbye to someone you love; I experienced this when my 12-year relationship ended. However, I couldn't just let him go; instead, I tried everything to win him back. Eventually, I turned to a spiritual counsellor for assistance, and he was able to help me win him back.

Interesting! How did you locate a spiritual counsellor, and how can I get in touch with him most effectively?

Unfortunately I don't agree that everyone can change their lives. Making change can be expensive, risky, unsettling. Many people have commitments, dependents, practical or logistical limitations. It's a privilege to be able to make change and pursue more and I think it's helpful to recognise that and allow grace for those people who for whatever reason, can't make change and follow their calling. It's ok to not fulfil your potential. It's ok to just be and do what you do.
