DA's 1431 & 1471

This was on 4 (and part of 5) Feb 1995, The King Country Railranger, I was on it. Can’t be anything else, same photo stops and weather (rain on SOL). Dep WLG 0430-Palm North (pick 1471), Marton, Stratford- Okahakura, back to Wellington around 0130. Thanks for posting, saved on faves, my tape of it was borrowed and lost. A great bit of history now! Great those two Da’s will be seen together again in future. RIP Frank Peters.

Da 1471 is it still around or in service anywhere mainline steam or something or Glenbrook. i know Da 1410 is still pumping its pistons
